I love Ellerslie Jewellers & Engravers! Entering their shop is "olde worlde" and with old fashioned service. What they don't know about jewellery isn't worth knowing. Every couple of years I drop in from the Bay of Plenty to get my wedding and engagement rings checked, cleaned and polished. They treat my rings as if they are old dear friends. I always come away feeling confident that my stones for which I have huge sentimentality won't fall out, especially since my husband has passed away. I wouldn't go to any other jeweller; I love them!
I am very happy with my diamond ring that was remodelled by John and Annik. The stone is beautiful and the craftsmanship is exceptional . I would definitely recommend this Jeweller with their efficiency, personal approach and desire to produce best job for my wife.
I walked in there with a budget and out of time to find a ring for my wife's 40th. John was determined to find a ring within my limits and not putting pressure on me as he knew I had to find a gift. We found the most beautiful ring. Was a great experience and no time pressure selecting the ring. I will be back again
Had a gold necklace with a very fine & broken chain. Every other jeweller I approached was adamant it couldn’t be repaired. Ellerslie Jewellers not only repaired the chain - it was seamless. I cannot tell where it had broken. Beautiful job & highly recommend them. Thank you so much

Wouldn't give me any indication on how much it costs to repair my silver necklace with pictures and description provided. Not wasting my time driving 20 minutes to be told the repair is outside my budget. Complete waste of time.

Can't speak more highly of Ellerslie Jewellers & Engravers. They did an incredible job analysing, preparing and then crafting a beautiful wedding ring from gold flakes that had been panned in the South Island. I had a lot of fun working with John and the team! Highly recommend!
