   Went to the store yesterday, called last week to see if there was a good wide fit selection, on the phone I was told yes. I was trying some on I ask a lady with long dark hair, if they had wide fit shoes, she went out the back came out with one pair of sneakers,.and said because of the sale that's all they had , I said there weren't for me, she then went. Then I was still trying the Cinderella technique. When Cana the superstar came along and was so helpful!! Ended up finding 3 pairs of shoes. She had amazing customer service. This needs to be recognized! Thank you Cana, I find buy shoes that fit so hard, and you made it a pleasure. So happy with my new shoes

   My personal experiences at this shop have been relatively good - staff have always been friendly at the counter and the stock levels are great. Store is presented nicely. Sometimes there's nobody at the counter so you have to wait for someone to notice you're there (usually close to the end of the day, so it makes sense). My mother however went in knowing exactly what she wanted close to them closing and the staff were quite rude and pushy toward her, basically telling her to hurry up since they were closing (with ten minutes to go). Apart from that instance, everything there has been good.
