   I wish I could give a zero so instead i’ll give them a 1. Bad customer service. It was extremely annoying to be told that they apparently don’t do cleaning of jewellery until after Christmas. Like be for real, it’s only November. This is a basic service I expected to be available—especially during the holidays—and it’s inconvenient and honestly unacceptable. On top of that, the customer service I received was unhelpful and dismissive. It left me feeling like my business didn’t matter at all. Because of this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering ever buying from your pandora again. The quality sucks anyways.

   Got a charm bracelet today with my brother. The lady serving us was absolutely amazing, she helped me choose out the perfect one and instructed me how to care for it and what I need it for it. 10/10 customer service.

   Bizarre interaction with the woman at Pandora Westgate. I went to purchase a ring for a family member and said I didn't know of sizing but about the same as me. She looks me up and down and decided the size of my body automatically translated to the biggest size ring. I walked out with a ring 3 times smaller. Perhaps she should find another job, other reviews suggest customer service isn't her forte.

   I went in today around 4pm. Lady behind the till was on the computer, didn’t acknowledge me at all. I greeted her and she still didn’t come to help me out as I wanted to purchase a few rings. I will be going to another pandora store for service. It is disappointing as there was no one else in the store as well.

   Customer service here is so bad!! Went here with my mum for a mothers day gift and the girl working there, Teresa was helping us and we went to pick our fourth charm and the next thing we know she’s helping another customer! She was our sales person we picked out three charms with her but she had the audacity to turn away and help some white people! We are Indians and felt so racially judge and ignored! This is not acceptable she even saw us wondering around and waiting for her but looked away and carried on helping those white people. Maybe because she thought we were Indians and didn’t have the money so she went to talk to her kind of people. We ended up buying $400 worth of charms! So don’t you dare judge us! She needs to be taught how to work with customers! If it was busy (not really) then call others over and get them to help! The white people she was helping did not call her over, she went there herself and helped them while we waited aimlessly and looked stupid wondering why she left us when we were just about to pay. Do better and stop judging us! Maybe she though we didn’t dresse like we rich (girl we make way more money then you and those people you choose to help!) so we went to help people that looked even more poor but were white! Do better Teresa!

   It was my first time purchasing at Pandora. I'd been eyeing a few items for some time and I finally decided on the bracelet and earrings I wanted. The store is small size-wise but the layout is nicely arranged. Shopping experience was pleasant. Adele provided excellent customer service. She was very helpful in answering my questions as well as helping find the best size bracelet for me. I'll continue shopping at this location for it's customer service and friendly environment.
