   This was nearly a 1 star review thanks to one of the rudest employees I have ever met - apparently sticking clearance prices on products was more important than helping a customer. Thankfully along came Kayleigh … doing her job and then saw me looking completely frustrated. Not only was she extremely friendly, but gave amazing advice and really listened to what I was looking for. Before Kayleigh came along … I was never going to enter your store again.

   Extremely Disappointing Shopping Experience I recently had the most disappointing shopping experience of the year. After completing the purchase, the cashier continued chatting with the previous customer, completely disregarding the line of waiting customers. Despite being informed by that customer that there were people waiting behind, the cashier chose to prioritize their conversation over their duties. It was evident that the cashier cared more about chatting than actually doing their job for which they are paid. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customers' time left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

   Had the best experience with a lady named Michelle at the party supplies section of the store yesterday after having a massive disaster at look sharp that left us with no balloons and lost over $100. She was absolutely amazing helped us with what we needed gave us amazing advice that we will consider for the next party we need balloons for. Definitely will be coming there from now on for party supplies. Amazing customer service!
