   I came to buy a work boots to number one shoes new Lynn mall , and the customer service was worst. None of the staff is happy to fully assist the customer , all the staff are standing in the checkout counter at the same time. I have lost the interest to buy shoes from this branch .☹️☹️

   Very ordinary service, i can clearly see why r they very low in their ratings. I visited the store in newlynn, i chose 2 pairs to buy. In the whole process nobody greeted me or asked me if i needed any help. I took them to the counter and asked them for the size so i could try. The size was ok and just before i was about to pay, i realised my card was in the car. I requested the staff to keep the shoes around the counter and i ll be back. By the time i came back it was 5.59pm which is closing time. I was preety confident that i had almost bought them, but i was stunt when she told me they r closing and can’t serve me. I think the company needs to reconsider, Who they r handing over their whole store and how the customers r being treated. I like their products but If i see the same staff again i m definitely not shopping from this store.
