   Recently I had popped into the store for a quick browse I found a pair of shoes I liked I asked for a size to try on But it was not available The assistant bought out a size I didn't even ask for I did try them on , but found them too loose They had a sale on as well I decided not to purchase them and made my way The assistant didn't give 100% customer service nor did offer to check another store The same week I returned to the store hoping to find something else Again I asked for a specific size ,but got turned down I asked for another size She then checked the computer and said it does show 2 pairs I didn't know this is a outlet store Being told by someone I did finally manage to get a pair of shoes in the end But wasn't happy from the poor service from the start ,she didn't even engage with me Then when it came to paying She spoke softly and being sweet

   Not good customer service. One person told me 80 dollars for birthday voucher and when I found a sandal, the next shift person says 90 dollars and never apologised for their mistake. Not recommended.

   Appalled by the service & the fact that the only shoe they offer for a pair is the one that's on display, because apparently they don't stock any other sizes. How does this make sense? Definitely won't be going back here. That's for sure. D- Overall!!!
