   Clothes are fine, there are varieties to choose from. It’s just sad that they don't have sizes smaller for petite ones like me especially on those long pants. But the moment you want to check if the sizes actually match you, you have to wait for more than 10 minutes in the changing rooms due to the fact that they only have two rooms that were open. There were lots of locked ones but I don't know why some of those were just used as storage for some stuff. It needs to be fixed, it's too annoying to wait

   I had a terrible shopping experience at Mirrou Clothing in West City Mall. The customer service was extremely disappointing, and they have an undisclosed policy against issuing refunds for bad experiences. Their size range is very limited, with nothing beyond size 14, and when requesting an exchange, they often don’t have the necessary sizes available. The sales associate was incredibly rude to me. When I asked about my size and inquired about items I liked, she responded dismissively, stating that I had to take responsibility for my purchases since they don’t offer refunds or vouchers. Even after I mentioned being a regular customer and asked her to check my purchase history, she ignored me and continued to behave rudely. Overall, the customer service was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

   I had a terrible experience shopping at Mirrou Clothing in West City Mall. The customer service is extremely disappointing, and they have a hidden policy against issuing refunds for bad experiences. Their size options are very limited—nothing beyond size 14—and if you ask for an exchange, they often don’t have the sizes you need. To make things worse, the manager (lady manager)handled the situation unprofessionally and even blamed me for the issue. Do not buy items as gifts from this store! You won’t know if the size will fit, and they refuse to refund—even within 24 hours. This lack of accountability and disrespect for customers is unacceptable. Avoid shopping here—once you pay, you’re stuck with your purchase regardless of your experience.

   Absolute favourite store been shopping here for a couple years, such good deals! I’ve always had amazing service from the young ladies who work here. So Im shocked to see reviews from quite a few Karens below do you have nothing better to do with your time? These ladies work hard and are very kind your reviews seem extremely dramatic. Take a good look at your lives and try to figure out why you are so sad that you feel compelled to write such nasty unnecessary comments about young women from behind your screens

   Honestly, I already complained to another staff member that was working but the fact that I'm thinking about this the next morning, leaves me to make this review. My cousin and I visited this store for the first time ever, yesterday and were left gobsmacked by the rudeness of one staff member inparticular. She was wearing a colorful dress with her hair tied in a bun and not once while we were there did she offer to help us, she was so rude with her tone and then rudely stood in front of us while angrily putting clothes on the rack leaving us to feel extremely uncomfortable. She came into the changing rooms on at least 4 occasions while we were in them and not once did she ask if we were ok. Absolutely appalled with this situation, I have PTSD with anxiety and that is the first time I've been able to go out shopping, in months. The same is true with my cousin who I was with. I'm going to call a manager today because noone should be able to make others feel unworthy and not held to account. I didn't want to continue to shop there so I only purchased one item in the end which is a dress that, I love. Sad that the thought of it is overshadowed by the attitude, of one rude staff member.

   The mall shuts at 9 tonight, but we were rudely told that Mirrou was closing at 6ish. My fiancée kindly advised the representative that I was just getting dressed now and she stood there in the change room area with an attitude. When I first walked into the store, the same representative stood glaring at me from the counter. When I said hello, she just averted her eyes without a word. So rude, terrible customer service from the start. There was an older customer remaining when we left which I did not hear the representative mention anything to. I suppose she chose to mind her manners with them and not us.
