Only great things to say about the staff, unlike a lot of the other reviews. At least at the Britomart store (the Newmarket one definitely has a cold unapproachable vibe about it). I go in fairly regularly and purchase something every 2nd or 3rd visit. I enjoy that the range is constantly being refreshed but it's unfortunate that the women's section is a lot quirkier and fun than the men's. With the exception of some of the ERL pieces, it very much conforms to the 'safe' Kiwi vibe.
The man stoped me from trying the shoes in a very rude way, he told us this is 800$ shoes. ļ¼ļ¼ I do not know if he thinks we cannot afford it because both of us are in uniforms or this is their STYLE? But please go there if you wanna experience horrible customer service. I know my review does not change anything, but people who has the same experiences will see.
Beautiful top end of town store situated in the lovely Britomart Precinct. Prices are high and so is the quality. They are nestled amongst many other high end stores here
