   During a recent visit to your Zara store at Sylvia Park, I was disappointed to leave empty-handed after being unable to find what I was looking for. Unfortunately, my exit was marred by an unexpected incident involving your store’s security alarm. As I was leaving, the security alarm was triggered without cause. I had made no purchase and was carrying no items from the store. A staff member approached me, scanned his device, and simply stated, “You are good to go,” without offering any explanation or apology for the inconvenience. This experience was both embarrassing and inappropriate, as it unjustly implied wrongdoing on my part. While I understand that technical issues can occur, the absence of any acknowledgment or apology made the situation feel dismissive and unprofessional. I chose not to escalate the matter at the time only because I was with others who were waiting for me. However, I feel it is important to bring this to the attention of both management and future customers. I encourage the store to review and maintain its security systems to prevent similar incidents, and to ensure staff are trained to handle such situations with greater empathy and professionalism. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve the experience for others.

   My all-time favorite shop! Whenever I need a wardrobe update or just feeling bored and wants to feel inspired, this is my go-to place! I get compliments for my clothes and I always tell people I'm a Zara girl. I wish there were more Zara shops in New Zealand!

   This review is for Zara Sylvia Park Auckland. Went to their store to look for a particular item, didnt even stay for long. But when I got out their security alarm by the door went off. And the staff named Shelby was so rude she called me back saying" step back, step back!" as if she was so sure an item was taken as she asked me to come back to the door. Then she just said" you're good" after fiddling something on a device she was holding. No apology whatsoever. Just like that. What a stupid security process and that certain employee you have. I came back to their to their manager, who apologized to me and who told me that there was really a problem with door alarm but not being fixed for awhile. What? And you let shoppers be victimized of that fault. What a terrible experience. But then having read all the reviews for this store, now I know why. This store sucks with their customer service. 0 star should be the rating. One star doesn't give justice at all. Serves you right for being the worst. (Google Map you need to post this to warn all those earnest and honest shoppers.)

Fast fashion with new styles on a regular basis It's great when ever their sales come up where also you can shop online Two separate stores men's and women's Changing rooms Staff is friendly and helpful

   The staff in fitting room is literally very RUDE! After a long wait to get in fitting room, one the staff member very impolite and told me if you don’t fit the cloth you can’t go inside, no eye contact, very strong attitude, which makes me very uncomfortable. I have never met those situation before. Not in any other Zara or H&M, very rude, need more training for sure, if can’t do the training she can’t handle the job because make customer so uncomfortable.

   The lady working in the fitting room yesterday afternoon really needs customer service training. She was totally unfriendly, said nothing to me except putting a barrier in front of me as changing rooms were busy. 3 people came out, she left the barrier closed and continued hanging up clothes. There were 3 rooms available and she took a few more minutes to let me in? She also says that I can't bring in shoes to try on which I find very strange? I was struggling to hold everything as it was so she could have taken the shoes off my hands 5 minutes earlier. I then get in and there are like 10 changing rooms available. Disappointing experience.

   Sarah is the most disgusting person I have ever seen deal with a customer. She is in the WRONG LINE OF WORK! She needs a job with no people contact. What a disgusting person on a power trip. Girl you’re a manager at a retail store. She would not let a girl put clothes aside to try on THEN THREATENED TO CALL SECURITY because she was taking ‘too long’ to choose which clothes shes making her try on so she can put the rest back so she cant try them on!! After what I witnessed today will not be coming back. What a vile person you are ‘Sarah’.

   The lady worked at fitting room at about 10am this morning (Sunday, 23rd of October) was so rude. Her behaviour was absolutely shocking. Neither greeting nor smiling, seems she is sick of this job or she has not got paid for working for Zara. I am a fan of Zara for years, every time shopping at Zara seen beautiful clothes and happy staff but not today. Today's shopping experience was terrible. The lady was so rude, said to us, Wait, Wait... Then, we waited till she asked us how many dresses we have in hand. Then, she said to mum, you cannot go with her, only I can go to the fitting room... She didn't use sorry... Could you... But all rude short words or sentences like talking to dogs... OMG, could Zara this branch manager please give her basis customer service training? I am really sorry for my today's shopping experience.

   Clothes on sale are really worth it! Atmosphere is light and airy with good space between displays so you don't feel crowded with the merchandise
