    Bad services. I went there on boxing day and I was literally on the line up then the cashier asked the couple behind if they want to go to the front because she thought me and my mum cut in line? Then the couple obviously said no bc yes me and my mum was in the front not them hello? And we DID NOT cut in line. The momment the cashier asked them she completely ignored us like ok? Why didn’t u ask us why did u ask them? Racist? Instead of saying sorry to us she said sorry to them bc she asked them something that wasn’t correct. Then my mum asked and she said bc she wanted to make sure and be fair? Nah thats just rude. VERY BAD SERVICE .

    Poor price management and service. Was overcharged even when their system. Showed lesser amount the girl at the counter charged as per old tag. After all that I never received the track pants for 2 weeks. On calling we got to know that order to courier was never placed. CSR, Kan, resolved the issue, refunded the overcharged amount and arranged for the courier. Another customer was also wrongly charged. So their tags and systems show different prices. Sad and top it some execs were cheeky. Be careful!

    Went there last week Tuesday and nobody helped. Infact there were kids running around and going behind the counter. Went back today and nobody said hi or acknowledged me. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

    A good place to buy the casual cloths. They always sale for off season cloths. So if you are visiting a other countries with different climate than that of NZ then go here. The cloths price starts from 10 NZD onwards.
