Aww I don't know why the low scores here. Seriously? We went today and got serviced really well. Top notch products and pricing was good too. Got a nice discount since stuff were on sale. The ladies were so attentive and catered well to our queries. Cheers! Coming back again.
Rude and discriminatory staff. I came here for my birthday, only to be told by a young man, "we won't have your size here, don't bother" before even greeting or assisting me! Classless service.
I visited this store twice but never received any greetings or smiles from the staff even though I did buy some stuff. It seemed they only greeted wealthy Chinese customers since most of the staff were Chinese. Love Lacoste, but I won't be returning to this store ever again.
I’ve enjoyed shopping here frequently. Michelle provides exceptional customer service at all times & is a real asset to the brand and its representation. Great range of quality products that really do last a long time. My favourite from the many clothing items I’ve purchased became the big blue rain coat. I had nearly bought green but Michelle to rescue had known my sense of style to like red, blue & black colours. Whilst I’ve given Michelle extra special thanks it should be noted that all staff I’ve dealt with have exceeded expectations in their exemplary display of customer care and retention which is to be commended. Went to the shop for birthday present on Monday. Excellent customer service from one of the staff. Recommend to look for the shortest cute lady in the shop.
Not specifically auckland store, but i thoroughly discourage buying from Lacoste. Their customer service is useless and they clearly don't actually care about their customers after a payment is made. Im still waiting on a response to an enquiry on my order a month ago, delivery labels were mucked up, returns have disappeared, and now the second item i am putting up for private sale because i cant bear tying to deal with another return.
Went to the store with my brother who wanted to buy some polo tops. Tried on a few to find the right colour and size, went to the counter to pay only to be told that we cant buy them. Apparently they need to hold 1 size in each so that people can try. Whilst I can understand that, maybe tell the customer that when you have over the top in the first place as opposed to letting them try and then walk up to the counter.
Bought Lacoste Shoes, and after a handful of times wearing them, shoe sole has started to fall off. Refereed to manager who advised wear and tear ... Be aware, shoes will last for 3 month of casual outing and thats about it. Only the looks deserves 1 star, the after service or product - very poor
