Although I did end up buying something the customer service was horrendous. Clothing all through the changing rooms, including the floor with the 2 workers chatting to themselves at the counter without any hello or help.
Leah the Seed sales assistant could not have been more kind. She was genuinely there to help and support and made me feel so comfortable in their clothes. She was attentive without being overbearing Thank you Leah! The quality and selection was also great.
What a cool Seed. I’m from Christchurch and the one in Christchurch you always feel judged and children’s selection is small. I got a cute E bracelet for my girl yesterday and the vibes were so great, lovely staff. Much better than Christchurch
Changing rooms need a vacuum stat. Curtains and floors covered in dust. Storefront is well maintained.
Very disappointment with the service!! The branch manager who served me 18/4/23; was not very helpful and refused to offer any resolution to the problem with my purchase of over $215. I would never shop there again.☹️
Went there with my Mrs and trying one of the hair clips. The staff was just almost dashing towards us and said, “you just tried that on and now you have to buy it”. I told her you guys should show it so customers can know it before trying them on and she was kind of “it is our store policy so what”. Was gonna buy it anyway but I think it is wrong. I think it is better not to try the clothes on too.
