   The behaviour of the staff in this store is completely unacceptable. Their attitude, lack of basic courtesy, and total disinterest in assisting customers is astonishing. I asked for help with sizes, and instead of receiving support, I was met with frustration, dismissiveness, and an attitude that made it clear they’d rather be anywhere else. It’s honestly embarrassing that a store would allow staff with such poor service etiquette to represent its brand. Immediate training is desperately needed, because at this rate, it won’t take much for a customer to lose their cool in the store. After this experience, I won’t be returning. The service alone is enough to keep anyone away.

   Unacceptable behaviour by the staff. We went to the store as my wife wanted a pair of shoes. She was unsure of the size and design so we sat with a few pairs so she could try and choose the best fit. The sales person came and stood there with utter frustration and I looked at him and asked if he needed anything. He replied angrily "Are all these shoes yours?" . I said yes my wife is trying them. He said "You have created a mess here" ! I was shocked and repeated that I just told you we are trying and once done you can remove them. My wife got up and started haning over the pairs and kept two pairs. He still stood there. After few seconds I looked up and asked him again what the matter was. He picked a shoe asked from where we got the shoe as it was supposed to be in a box . We told him to check as we dont know. The was not ready to go away and started misbehaving. He called the other lady sales person and asked who took the shoe. The lady told him she didn't. Then he came again telling us that she told him we tool the shoe from the box. We told him whatever it is he can put it back we are not sure. Also asked him why was he creating a ruckus, it was his job to remove the shoes from the floor and place them back ! He said I will check cctv for the proof! We were aghast and told him that it's not that we have stolen the shoe. Its lying on the floor and he can put it back. Now he said that people steal shoes when they take it out from box !! This is UNACCEPTABLE !! He completely ruined our shopping experience. He has no sense of customer service at all. I asked him for the store manger name and number and he refused point blank saying he doesn't have the details. I called the lady and asked her the same. She had the same blank expression with no apology or any empathy. After telling her 10 times she said I will go inside and speak to manager. She cam le back after 10 minutes and I asked for the response. Surprisingly she simply told us she was busy with some other thi g and now she will go amd speak to manager. They both disappeared for a long time inside the back office and only came out when another customer knocked on their door. The lady had the manager number on the call. She said she will provide training to them. However when saw many reviews below I can clearly see that this problem of mis behaviour and rudeness is going on for a long time now and you all have mo intention to treat customers in a polite fashion. The worst experience we have faced and ruined our day !! Feel bad for the investors and how much Revenue they are losing because of the highly I competent and unwelcoming staff. Having rude staff who misbehaves, is the worst thing one can do for a Customer facing Retail business! The owners must immediately select welcoming and pleasant staff.

   I bought a pair of shoes here 20 days ago, and I wear them a few times a week, but there are cracks on the uppers, the quality problem is worrying, and the price is cheaper in less than a month. For quality issues, this is terrible. I had the same pair before, and it has not had this problem for a year.

   Great variety of shoes. Unfortunately the one I was after didn't have the size available. Customer service could improve. I asked the manager for the size I wanted but I she gave me a rude response - "BRO I TOLD YOU WE DONT HAVE THAT SIZE!". If you lower the store music down I would have heard you the first time.

   Extremely rude sarcastic manager who initially refused to give me his name. Assistant stood there giggling. When I said that I would make a complaint regarding his attitude his response was, "I'm out of here anyway." Poor quality shoes. Blamed me for shoes 'falling apart'. Wore them during summer but expected them to last a bit longer. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.

   Indian branch manager has been very rude. Bought sketches worth of $100 for my son which lasted for 3 months. My son didn’t even wear it every day. Manager denied to accept the complaint Would not recommend this shop to anyone
