   I always get my heels from here. The shoes are comfortable, high quality and a decent price. Novo has the most comfortable heels I've ever worn so I will always buy from them. The Ormiston store is clean, tidy and well stocked. I always recieve helpful and accommodating service from the staff here.

   I went to ormiston store today. I want to buy a heel but they only have one pair on display so i asked the staff if they have the another one because which pair they have on display i tried one side was loose may b bcz lots people try it. The lady said no only newmarket and new lyn has it. I asked her can you please check in botany or manukau store. She said no we dnt have it. When i came home i was looking online the both size which i asked her they showing they have in botany store but she lied to me. I also work in retail but their customer service is not really helpful at all, you really need to train your staff properly.

   The Ormiston store opening hours say 9am but I waited 1 hour for the store to open at 10am. Is this common for all Novo stores to open late and close earlier than what the store hours show because I had a similar experience the last time I shopped at the botany branch where the retail assistant closed the doors 20 minutes before the actual closing time. The customer service at Novo ormiston and botany seem to be consistent with all your employees being rude, lazy (talking amongst themselves) and not willing to help any customers which is what they’re paid to do ASSIST CUSTOMERS IN RETAIL!!! I feel disappointed and frustrated because I waited 1 hour for the ormiston store to open only to be turned away. When I asked if the store had the Octavia knee high boots instore the retail assistant didn’t even check out the back or on the computer if there was any in-stock. Her response was ‘it’s summer hun, we only sell sandals at this time’. However, when I drove to the manukau branch the assistant Shivani was so helpful. She managed to find me 1 of the 2 sizes that I was looking for. Shivani went above and beyond and even contacted the ormiston store as she advised they had other size I was looking for (two in-stock). When Shivani contacted the ormiston store the retail assistant said she had 1 in-stock (size 9). I’m furious that your ormiston retail assistant caused me such an inconvenience - waste of gas, time and energy. This is unacceptable. Perhaps they should take a leaf out of the manukau branch. Again, this could’ve been a quick sale but Novo NZ is losing A LOT of business because your employees lack care, good customer service (which is the bare minimum) and basic product knowledge. A huge to thank you to Shivani from the manukau store for giving me hope that not all Novo’s across NZ are distasteful. Shivani you really turned my novo experience around and because of you I was in and out of the store within 5mins. It was the fastest sale she made today.

   Very disappointing. Called in saturday to.confirm they are open Sunday. Drove down from karaka to pickup some shoes only to find the shop is closed. Waste of time.
