I have just been at North West Glasson’s and was helped by the lovely Ellie, who assisted me in finding a perfect top for my new job. All the staff there are always so lovely in this store! I would definitely recommended this store to anyone and everyone.
So it’s self service is it ladies? Was completely ignored when I entered, picked out and tried on what I needed with no interaction, not even an acknowledgment from the staff. But when I came to pay it was all smiles and sunshine. Discussing customer service.
I was gifted an item purchased in-store, I do not fit any of the clothing at glassons as my size is unavailable when I went in store to return the item with tags attached & Original receipt I was told I could only get a refund if I have the original card paid in order to put the $ back onto however this is a gift and I cannot show my ungratefulness towards the gifter and ask for there card to get a refund as they're not even in Auckland anymore so how could this even be a possibility. I explained this to the cashier and she did not care and said that's the only thing to do other than take a gift card to use later on something else however like I originally explained I cannot fit the clothing in glassons and she still did not care . I told her that this is completely unfair and I have now a gift card I cannot even use I told her this and that I was going to make a complaint, the return system you have is completely unfair in this circumstance and I want the refund of the item not the gift card . Had the most lovely experience in this store with their sales woman Jenny ! The most lovely helpful experience I have every had at glassons ! I wanted to leave a review with their head office but was unable to contact ! But this woman deserves a pay rise. Thank you Jenny for all your help for the hens night ! Xx
Lily and Phoenix from Northwest were so lovely and had the most amazing customer service! Lily went out of her way to help me find something that suited me, she was honest but was filled with ideas and suggestions, it was such a refreshing experience and I’m so grateful to have had the help from her! Thank you so much Lily!!! We need to see more people like you in retail, wish you all the best ❤️
The music was too loud, made me want to get what I needed ASAP. Staff were reluctant to serve me at the counter as well and the one that eventually did, sighed before putting through my item. However the staff member on the floor/changing room was helpful when I needed to try something on with a baby in a pram.
It was a terrible experience to visit there. Whenever I go to the shopping mall, I usually stop by this shop for checking new clothes or season sale. And I’m pretty sure I’m a regular customer. Most of my clothes or items from Glassons. Today I went there on the way to bank. I’ve just checked new clothes and season off clothes which is next section of fitting room. After I thought I didn't have any clothes to buy, so I came out of that shop, went to the bank, All of sudden the safety guard and the Glasson staff followed me. Then they said they wanted to check my bag. Then we went back to the shop and another staff member said they would check the bag because one of their staffs saw me carrying my bag in the fitting room which I've never had a foot in the fitting room. Even that area section. At that time, another kiwi customers touched the dress with his friends and said, "Let's go to the fitting room and try it on." I wonder if they had checked their bags, too. I opened the bag with my own hands and showed them my school supplies, and Said them I didn't take anything at all. It was so disgraceful that they doubted me without looking at me properly. I didn't even hear them say sorry. On my way back, I suspected that if I wasn't Asian, they would check my bag. I will never visit this store again. It was really terrible experience ever
Thoroughly did not enjoy shopping here. 4 Store girls stood around the counter bumming around just gossiping the whole time I was there. Did not ask if I needed assistance. And when I went up to be assisted it took a while to be noticed. When I asked if I could get a key to get in the changing room they all stopped chatting and just stared until one of the girls was like ,"fine" with the most irritated look on her face. I'm sorry but I wouldn't call that professional or even 5 star service!
