   Redrat has gone so downhill compared to the times when they first opened up - they had such cool as clothing. I had an account years ago when the Ōtāhuhu branch was open and there was such a great collection of brands from Mossimo, play boy, ecko unltd, crooks & castles, illicit, Nike, Russell athletic and man so much more. The selection they had you couldn’t find it at other stores. Sucked when they stopped selling Nike gears now I don’t even see anymore adidas gears too it’s just those royalty and statement brands that are overpriced. Used to love buying the kids clothing from there but lately there’s been a suck selection. Only thing we’ve bought in the last year or so that was handy to us were the Mitchell and ness tees but other than that there’s just no point in having an account anymore. Definitely closing my husbands account down once it’s paid off.

   Not impressed with one of your employers at the Bayview location. She was downright rude to me and had a very disgusting attitude. Won't be shopping here again Her name is Kayla I believe.

   Ordered 2 pairs of chucks, 1 for me 1 for my partner, arrived the next day which was great, unfortunately they were bigger than expected so I rang customer service and they said just send them back with a note about which size you need, so I did that the very same day and rung them to let them know they were on the way, 2 days later I received an email saying they refunded my items so I rang them and told them why I didn't get my exchanges and was told they didn't have my sizes in stock I looked online and said they were in stock and they replied just order them again, I said the sale was over which was buy 1 get 1 half price , they said email customer services again which was just more running around, so basically just lost 25 bucks sending the shoes back, poor service on there part, especially considering I rang them before sending the shoes back to make sure it would be ok.

   The clothing is getting a little scarce the colours are different colours of black grey and white with a few maroons and greens to offset the b n w. The bigger sizes always run out contemplating closing my acc as I don't really like the clothing or what I like isn't in my size

   No stars for customer service for head office call centre reps Trina and Jahvois so rude and wouldn't transfer call to manager.. its ok ive got time to call back and make formal complaint on how bad customer service I received today on regards to item not received.. when advised Trina decided she will trmerminate call.. noce to see your customer service is on point!
