   The Staff at Dangerfield, Sylvia Park Shopping Centre are incredible! My (soon to be) 14 year old Granddaughter, Cushla & I had the delight in dealing with Lucia, Kirsti, Chay & Riley who are employed there. We found them all to be very friendly, helpful & professional when assisting us. Cushla loves the wide selection of modern, stylish clothing & accessories at Dangerfield's. The garments & outfits that Cushla bought from Dangerfield for herself, looked amazing on her & did wonders for her confidence. She loves them! I strongly recommend that Dangerfield is worth a visit if you're looking for that perfect gift for someone.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   Shay from Sylvia park is a customer service superstar!!!! Hands down best service I’ve had in a long time. Dangerfield is one of my favourite places to shop, with a quality selection of shirts I shop every season. The product is so good that there have been unprecedented delays with a recent online orders, due to large order volumes. I was concerned and I usually shop in store, I’d emailed the online team and had no luck but one call to Sylvia park and a chat with Shay, I had peace of mind, reassurance and they actioned a solution immediately. Shay, Dangerfield is lucky to have you!! You clearly have enormous empathy a can do attitude and you care about your customers and your brand, you’re a true professional and I thank you for all your help!!!

   Giving 3 stars because Neve who has served me twice now is wonderful and the shop has some really cute stuff. Removing 2 stars because I saw another customer receive a completely different service to me (not from Neve, but a different sales associate) I was ignored while this client was approached and advised which racks were on sale, and that if she cant find her size she is happy to look for sizes at other stores, also if she could pop her items into a change room etc. I thought she (the employee) would come up to me and give me the same advice but she walked past me. I really do not want to think that I received a different level of service because of my race as a Brown skinned Kiwi gal, but after reading the other reviews I am starting to feel that may have been the case. I took my purchase to Neve who was behind the counter and she was lovely as usual. But I would probably not return to the store and buy online in the future.

   Been at Dangerfield a few times- Two times at Sylvia park. My experience was amazing. Staff are nice, especially this one employee, who respected my privacy and helped me closed the curtains when changing. They even recognised me the second time I came and appreciated me for it :) I think I will keep coming here as also the clothing is diverse in sizes and styles Edit: Im not aware of the one star reviews but this is based on my experience!

   AMAZING SERVICE!! This was my first time in a Dangerfield and two staff members helped me look for specific cat outfits. One of them helped me close the curtain for the change room which I appreciated. One point is they should have shopping bags/ paper bags available!

   FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! I very rarely find myself comfortable in clothing stores but the staff that were there are beyond amazing and so so kind. They helped me with everything I needed. I recommend this store and the amazing staff who make everyone feel welcome.

   Wife bought a dress from here. She really loved it, it had cool blue dinosaurs on it. After hand cleaning it very carefully in a bucket of luck warm water, The metallic dinosaurs flaked off. She took it back but they basically told her to get lost. Cool clothes.. just don't wash them.
