   Worst customer service. I try to avoid going in to this specific glassons branch since the staff are always rude, unwilling to help and just look like they would rather be elsewhere. I tried on a couple of things today and the blonde girl wearing the black jumper snatched them off my hands without saying a word after I politely said I’d like to give two back. The attitude was super unnecessary. But what do you except from a Glassons store.

   Retail service was horrible! Staff member who was most likely the manager (she had some sort of earpiece) fully pushed a customer who then bumped into me whilst that staff was sorting out/re-racking clothes. Obvious that she knew what happened. She just looked soo unhappy and annoyed. (22.11.25 between 4-6pm est). Looking back at past reviews suggest there are more not very happy and hospitable staff. Please retrain them.

   Staff pretty stuck up! Didn't end up going back to purchase to counter staff. It's not Tiffany's after all and you can stop looking down your noses. Very unfriendly and unapproachable.

   I love the clothes & styles here but there are 2 blonde girls working, maybe manager & ASM. They are so rude, never smiling, never even acknowledging the customers they are just staring everytime. They stare to the point I say hello; very uncomfortable situation. I will come more often if not for them

   Good selection, found some clothes, store was clean and tidy. However, the staff needs to learn how to be more friendly and smily. Not very good experience the way they look at us as if they were worth better than others.

   Love shopping here because of the quality in clothing but hate walking in and immediately being judged if I’m going to shoplift lol Instead of being greeted, I was asked “can i help you ?” Keep it professional with greeting your customers, and maybe kick back on following customers while speaking on your earpieces . It makes myself and others feel uncomfortable to shop lol other than that, the gal who served me was very lovely !

   I worked at Glassons for years and they had '10 non-negotiable sales steps', all about customer service. We even had to sit exams. The new policy seems to be, ignore the customers where possible and if you can't, be as rude and dismissive as you can. These girls seem to think they are better than everyone else. Also Glassons, perhaps start selling clothes for someone other than 12 year olds with body dysmorphia. Your models looked malnourished. It's 2023 guys.

   Every single experience I have had at Glassons stores across the country in the past has been awful, however, the girls at Albany were friendly and helpful. They chatted with my sister and I and helped us choose some clothes. They didn’t seem fake or judgmental at all which was so lovely as a lot of other stores have staff that behave this was unfortunately.
