   Went to the counter to buy my things and there was only one worker, when I got to the counter the other worker came and they proceeded to talk for a minute and completely ignore my partner and I. she scanned my things, ignored me for another 15 seconds then just pushed for eftpos, she didn't ask to scan my perks card or whether I was paying cash (which I was). I angrily said "and I have my perks card" she got taken aback a little and my partner said "she is also paying cash". She took our money and I knew we'd never go back. AWFUL SERVICE! I've had better service dealing with the homeless people on queen street then this shop. Hope it gets shut down soon

   Customer Service is absolutely terrible, Asian girl who was working on Sunday with the white top, & orange highlights, someone needs to teach her how to be welcoming and actually help customers. I was at the counter for quite sometime needing help, while she was sitting down! behind the counter with another co worker with a blue jacket just talking like they're not on a shift right now? While they fully ignored all the customers so they can have their own little conversation, manager needs to teach these girls some manners and also how to smile.

   staff were so rude to us and weren’t welcoming at all. one lady was restocking the swimwear rack and i started looking at some of the swimwear on the other end where she wasn’t restocking. and she told me i can’t look at them because she isn’t finished and she blocked all of the swimwear off with boxes so i couldn’t reach them. she told me she was almost finished so i looked around the store for 10 minutes and she still wasn’t finished. i asked if it would be better if i came back in 20 minutes and she said yes so i went and looked at other stores then came back and she still wasn’t finished. we were in a bit of a rush to leave so i asked if i could look at some and she angrily let me and then i went to pay and the lady at the counter was rude also. i work in customer service and that is not how you should be treating paying customers. don’t want to sound like a karen or anything but someone needs to teach them to have a little bit of respect.

   tall islander girl that works here yelled at customers that were asking if they could use the changing rooms or if they could be opened - they had no idea why there were things blocking the entrance, this woman had no pateince or respect and acted like a 5 year old. fire her asap thats fkn rank
