   ♿ A good range of clothing styles which I like browsing in. As you walk in the mens apparel is towards the left side and women's to the right. There are changing rooms situated back left hand side of the store Staff are helpful They accept after pay as a payment. Shopping online is fantastic with points for a discount Pick up counter

   Love the clothes here! Generally good quality for the price and they have a range of stuff. Just wish they had more sizes. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and I like the fact that they leave you to shop without awkwardly trying to ask what you need every 3 seconds.

   I had ordered online several weeks ago and my parcel never arrived so after trying the main call centre three times and emailing with no responses, I called the New Lynn branch in desperation, hoping someone could help me. I’d bought items for my child’s birthday tomorrow and was freaking out that they hadn’t arrived. Boy did they help me! I want to say the HUGEST thank you to Tallulah, she was so kind and patient, sorted out my issue and made sure she had my number to call me back with updates. Not only did she get my items together ready to collect but she spoke to her manager and worked out a deal for me. An hour later I had my parcel and the best customer service I’ve had in years. Tallulah is an absolute gem, don’t let her go!!! She saved the day for me. Very very grateful for her professional and warm care. Thank you, Tallulah! Xo One grateful mama!

   Awful customer service! In fact the worst retail experience I've had my whole life. Fitting room was closed due to shoplifting?? (that is what we were told by staff). According to them they close the fitting room at the last hours of the day. Then they advise us to purchase clothes and try them on at home and if not satisfied, to return them. As a customer of course I was pissed off and walked out. One of the staff who wasn't part of our conversation (because she was more interested in talking on her phone) accosted us agressively as we were leaving, yelling "it's not such a big deal, why do you come here at this time anyway?! ". I was floored ! It was 8 pm on a Friday evening when they close at 9pm. She proceeded to let us know she did not want us coming back after I told her I wouldn't if that is the way they operate. I was left shaken after that. I honestly thought she would be physical at one point. That woman had so much confrontational and provoking attitude that she should not be dealing with members of the public as she is a liability to anyone employing her. We were glad our friends visiting from overseas were in a different part of the mall because that deplorable attitude is the worst representation of kiwi friendliness. It's an embarrassment for our image! Not shopping at Cotton On again!

   Went into store for a browse. Wanted to try on jeans but the fitting room was closed. Wasn’t greeted or asking if I needed help. The staff were in a group talking, one of them sitting on the counter staring. Not very impressed.
