   I came to buy a work boots to number one shoes new Lynn mall , and the customer service was worst. None of the staff is happy to fully assist the customer , all the staff are standing in the checkout counter at the same time. I have lost the interest to buy shoes from this branch .☹️☹️

   Poor customer service from the staff on the floor, ignoring families and elderly customers as they scoured boxes to locate sizes. All (including myself) purchased. Saving grace was a young man from the back room who came to assist us all.

   Rudeness and misbehavior by the Lynnmall 'Number One Shoes' store manager on reporting deceptive pricing. Manager in the store is very rude with unprofessional attitude and NO customer service skills, employer shouldcheck if she has been to school atleast for a primary education. Two different price tag on a shoe pair, upon complaining manager responded abruptly in a rude manner. CHEATER AND UNEDUCATED STAFF
