Sophie a store worker in the Cristchurch glassons was very helpful and kind when my cousin lost their earring we quickly told staff and immediately she got the people out of the changing rooms my cousin had previouly been in and searched until she found it

Blonde manager is really rude, most of the staff are nice but it’s always a few people that ruin the experience. Haven’t been in the Queen street store in at least a year but thought I’d give it another shot, safe to say won’t be coming back
I don’t usually shop in-store, but I’ve been visiting this Glassons lately and it’s always such a positive experience. The team is consistently lovely and their customer service is outstanding. Shopping can feel intimidating for me at times, but they make it welcoming and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back. Keep up the amazing service, girls!

I came in for a browse and walked out with two perfect shirts and a pleather blazer which I would never have bought without styling tips from Sophie. She suggested things I could wear with them that I wouldn’t have thought of. Great service.
I will admit the pricing is really affordable on their clothing range but even for that price the quality isn’t the greatest. The stitching on a recycled material skirt I had bought started coming off within 2 weeks and I had worn it only twice. The sizing was on the larger side so it wasn’t because it was too tight or something, just the lousy quality. I gave 3 stars for the service personnel here who are friendly without being intrusive and are willing to help. Hope they work on improving the quality as some of their stuff looks really cute & I would love to buy more from them as the price range is definitely something one can’t complain about.
My wife and daughters really like this retail shop! Staff are help and friendly too. They have a fantastic layout and ample lightings. On top that my girls will buy heaps of trendy clothing and fashion accessories here! Cheers and thanks for giving us a great shopping experience!
