   Went in to browse, the girl at the counter with the blonde hair was on her phone busy texting very non-attentive. No greetings or anything, her head was down the whole 10 minutes on her phone while me and other customers shopped. Some came in and just left after seeing how the girl was glued to her phone.

   It must have been the manager that popped out to an appointment and left a blonde girl at the counter, I couldn’t ask her anything because she was gossiping on her cell phone the whole time and when I asked if they had LayBuy she just said “I don’t know, people usually come in and use Afterpay” she stood there staring at me while I googled if they have Laybuy… I told her they didn’t so she just walked off out the back while I put my items away. She was so blasé and just annoyed I was there.

   Really good attentive yet not pushy service at Jeanswest Silverdale, especially as she seemed on her own but couldnt fault her as I'm quite indecisive and never felt like I was under pressure to buy even after all the service so for me it was perfect.
