   Not enough staff, badly organized store! They constantly in the back looking for stuff they can't find. Watched two people walk out. Waited 15 minutes to pay for socks. Staff warm and trying but not enough of them. Edit in response to your response: you should look at your past reviews that you responded to. A very common theme here.

   Bloody awful. NO SERVICE despite 8 customers in store. The shopkeeper disappeared and never returned, thus no one having any service or knowing who was in attendance. You missed out on sales as many people just left. I have to give one star but it doesn't deserve it.

   Visited this store with my daughter today for school shoes. How well that you advertised but 0 service and 0 greetings received. The lady sales with long red hair just stood at the counter playing her phone and didn’t even bother to look up for once. Not only to us and also the next group of family who came in. Disappointed but not surprised after seeing all the previous reviews. You really should consider re-train your staff.

   The staff here are amazing! Went in yesterday, it was intensely busy and they were handling it like the pro's they are. I hope you all get paid well for your work because damn, you were good. Customers get so agitated when it's that busy, they want to get served straight away & patience is not their strong points but you all were juggling it all with such grace. Particularly one staff member, absolutely superhuman, you can tell they've been working there a long time. I love my sketchers~ but I'm reviewing because you better take care of that team!

   The branch manager was not helpful at all. I approached her as I got some issues with my recently skechers GoWalk 6 and she hasn’t tried to figure out my issue; which ended up an incorrect shoe type. I guess because they are a very busy store, bit I don’t believe that is an understandable excuse, especially for a global company like Skechers. Overall, if you ended up buying from them, please try as many sizes as you can including wide fit versions. Unfortunately, the staff there might not be very helpful. This is unlike the Sylvia Park branch which were very amazing and super helpful

   I bought Skechers Go Walk Air 2.0 shoes in September 2022 and by December 2022 both outsoles of the shoes are rotting (despite being advertised online as "Goodyear Performance Outsole delivers enhanced traction, stability, and durability"). The staff refused a refund for poor quality and tried to blame it on me even though these shoes were essentially only worn for office work. Please see attached photos. If you want this quality for RRP$170 shoes, then please buy Skechers.

   I bought shoes and the color comes off within a month, When I talk with the manager she said it's not manufacturing fault we cant help you. this is the service which we expect from you.. It better to buy $20-30 shoes instead of this much expensive.
