“A very small 15 mnts walk to the view point from the motorway way or area you parked your car. I liked the bush around it especially the narrow thin road. Waterfall is not an worth visiting but the scenery around it makes the experience memorable.”

My five-star rating is specifically for my Boxing Day shopping experience. I sought assistance from three different individuals, all of whom were unable to help me. This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.”

We went for a reiki traditional Maori healing mirimiri, the koha is $20 and well worth it, my husband and 4yr old son also participated. “I've seen some bad reviews recently so thought I'd add a positive one based on my experience yesterday. I am postpartum so struggling to find clothes I fit that are affordable. Finally after looking for what I wanted at other shops where the clothes didn't fit me AND were very expensive, I went to the warehouse and found what I was looking for, and they were cheap too. I asked a long haired blondish woman who was absolutely lovely, about sizing, because I was carrying my baby it was hard to try things on. She was very accurate and my clothes fit perfectly. “Booked the family unit for a weekend and we overall loved it despite a couple of things. Spa was massive and also gated off. Heatpump works perfectly to keep yourselves and kids warm! Definitely had to have it on as the blankets are thin. Would recommend bringing your own or blasting the heatpump. Plenty of towels provided. Water pressure for the shower is okay. Dining table was a little wobbly but seems like it's just missing 1 screw. Wasn't sure if i didn't know how to use the elements or it just stays on one heat setting, HIGH. Nice sized porch and plenty of outdoor chairs to use. Found one cockroach under the couch and still waiting for deposit.”

Not only this, I stayed a while and saw her helping out others too in a similar fashion. God bless her soul. We do need more of such people.”

“We have used Mt Richmond hotel multiple times over the years. Never had any issues or anything that can't be fixed. Staff always are friendly and willing to help. Food at the restaurant is constantly good and tastes yummy. The chiefs always pop out to check how the meals going. Would recommend to anyone. Bonus there's a pool and hot tub.”

“We purchased a Bosco 380 & dealt with Enoch Chand, Auckland. From the first email I sent requesting information, Enoch has been amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. He answered all my queries in a timely manner. We did have a slight problem but Enoch dealt with this quickly and efficiently. “The buildings are getting a bit tired however a major bonus was the natural springs private spa (not all rooms) It fills with very hot spring water and if you've got the time it's best to fill it 3 hours before you're going to use it so it can cool down without needing to dilute it with fresh cold water.”

“I chose this place for its central location and was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful it was. The staff were welcoming and accommodating and the room was very comfortable, with all the amenities for a long-term stay including a washing machine, dryer, oven, and mini dishwasher. I would definitely book this place again if I were to return to Auckland.”

This place helps out people in need and it's definitely not a boring time here lol people tend to keep to themselves but also there's a community here too. The owner Brad is very welcoming and this place helps people stay off the streets so definitely recommend for short or long term stays.”

Honestly, as long as I can bowl, I’m happy — it doesn’t need to be fancy. The only thing I’d say is that the elevator to get there could really use some improvement!”

“Best workout without working out. Don't realise how much exercise you get until all the adrenaline and excitement wears off and the two day later muscle aches kick in lol best time with my kids and missus. Smiles all round. Definitely best to go at high tide”
