Iβm not happy with the receptionist of the swim school name is Asuka, very rude, no patience, not comply with the school motto by love serve at all, I never had pleasant experience talking with her at all.

We cannot in good conscience trust the swim school any longer. Unless there is a dramatic shift in the coaches to actually teach and correct the swimming, rather than just provide tasks and ignore swimmer improvements and positivity then this is money swallowed. (The kids/coaches think they are above themselves) The pool side manager ( today was there 20%) who was there to assess our child to progress denied his progression with too much glee. She was more focused on packing up for the day and was not pool side for most of the lesson. He swam brilliantly despite his peers going up unable to freestyle. However, the pool side manager didn't see as she was in the front office socialising. This is not the first time that supposed safety has been ignored. We have just lost trust in the School's ability to teach and keep swimmers safe. Cancelled lessons immediately. Do the same. They are taking swimming, the pool, learning and SAFETY, for granted. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

I am extremely disappointed with the service at St Cuthbert's Swim School. The staff (Reception) are arrogant and unhelpful. They changed my child's instructor without notifying me, which disrupted my child's progress and comfort. The water in the pool is always cold, and my kid is not the only one complaining about it. To make matters worse, their policies are completely inflexible and unreasonable. One of my daughter's classmates had a serious injury on her face, and the doctor advised that she couldn't attend classes. At other swimming schools, you can transfer the classes to another student, but not here. It's non-negotiable. There are no refunds, no transfers; they only offer credit to buy what they sell at the counter. We faced a similar issue but worse. My daughter was sick for three weeks last term, and they didn't even offer us credit. No makeup lessons can carry forward to this term, nothing. Just forfeited. Overall, the lack of communication, poor service, and inflexible policies make this swimming school a terrible choice. I would not recommend it to any parent looking for a positive and supportive environment for their child to learn swimming.

Itβs not often that I go out of my way to get my point across but St Cuthbertβs swim school are arrogant, donβt care about your childβs progression and will make every excuse under the sun for why something isnβt working / why your child has the lessons they had. One week the pool is broken, the next the teachers arenβt showing up, the following itβs class mergers. Iβve asked to be called numerous times with little communication and no phone call. Itβs definitely profit over people. If youβre looking for a swim school - consider your options that donβt include this swim school.

The teacher always changes. The upgrade is not timely.

My two daughters have been with St Cuthbert's for years. Glad that Kaye is now back to the swim School as management team.

I enrolled my son in term three at this school. Of the lessons booked we only attended three as the second Covid Lockdown came into effect and required closure of the school. I was not communicated with after the closure nor told what would happen to lessons once lockdown restrictions eased. On October 19th after months of no communication I was sent an email stating about a direct debit payment coming out for the next term commencing from 20th October. I had not agreed to my son attending another term as I knew my maternity leave would be up by this point and we would not be able to make classes. The school had not been in touch AT ALL regarding my son's enrollment, nor had they discussed whether we would be able to attend this time. I tried to call the school that day with no answer, then emailed them when I noticed payment come out of my bank account. They informed me that because I hadn't cancelled his enrollment before October 15th (their direct debit cut off date) that the payment stood. Well, how can you cancel an enrollment you never knew you made and how can you cancel it before the cut off date when you were informed four days AFTER this date passed?? Terrible communication, terrible business ethics and a pretty poor way to treat young families who could put that money towards bills and baby needs.
