   Came in the store today to purchase some Nike socks and the guy who served me at the counter was very friendly and welcoming. Also he was very lovely to the lady he served before me. Cheers for having a smile very well presented and good looking. Great customer service.

   My partner and I were in at 12:40pm - 21/08/2023 and are not happy with the experience we had. The fact that my partner and I were the only ones in store and were security called for. No customer service was given and nobody approached us to talk to us at all. As someone who is a manager at a retail store there was no appropriate protocols followed with security calls. My partner and I had no hoodies , glasses or hats on and instead were in tshirt and shorts. This experience made my partner and I really uncomfortable and instead of buying the items we wanted to walked out and instead will be going to a different rebel sport. Instead being circled like criminals, I would suggest you guys train your staff on customer service and lost prevention instead of making predujice calls.

   The best rebel sport I have gone into! I hate going in because all the rebel sports Ive been to have been under stocked, gear is everywhere, the store is untidy and unpleasant to be in. The northwest store is so clean and tidy!!

   Local Rebels, so it's convenient for me rather than having to drive to Henderson. It is slightly smaller than the one in Henderson, but I can always find whatever I'm looking for. Staff are friendly (at the checkout).
