   Unfortunately very poor customer service this morning, was not greeted, there was no how was your day or thank you for coming in just silence. Rather disappointing being I was the only one in the store.

   The staff member serving me wasn’t paying much attention. I ordered a wrap without certain ingredients, but he added them anyway. I also asked for extra items, which I had to remind him about. He even joked, “you’re making my job harder” but I just want to get what I’m paying for. It may have been a long day (this was around 2pm), but overall the service felt average

   I ordered online and had to wait 30 minutes for my Subway. There was only 1 staff and he served people who came after me, who did not even pre-order. This has been happening for the last month. They used to be so fast and friendly before when the owners were there working. Now there is long waiting times and the manager’s attitude is not even sorry. I have been going to this branch for the last year and a half but will not go again.

   Quite genuinely the worst subway in the country. Poor service, stingy on the fillings, expensive, long wait times. Too focused on their Uber Eats orders (which definitely don’t pay the same as actually physical customers)

   Where do I even begin with this abysmal restaurant? My recent visit left me utterly disgusted and appalled. If you're looking for a place teeming with mice and employees who seem more interested in their personal entertainment than serving customers, then congratulations! You've found your destination. Upon entering the restaurant, the first thing that caught my attention was the unmistakable scurrying of tiny feet. Mice were darting around like they owned the place, as if they were part of the staff. It was a sight that made my stomach churn and my appetite vanish instantly. The complete lack of cleanliness and pest control in this establishment is a serious health hazard and an absolute disgrace. Now, let's talk about the food—or should I say, the sorry excuse for food. The dishes lacked any semblance of quality or flavor. It seemed like everything was thrown together haphazardly, with little care for presentation or taste. Perhaps the mice were the real chefs, as they seemed to have more presence in the kitchen than the actual culinary team. I left the restaurant feeling thoroughly disappointed and disgusted. It's a shame that such a place even exists, tarnishing the reputation of the culinary industry. I implore anyone considering dining at this restaurant to think twice and spare themselves the misery of a terrible experience. In conclusion, if you're fond of mice scurrying around your feet while trying to enjoy a meal by all means, visit this restaurant. For the rest of us who value cleanliness, quality service, and an overall pleasant dining atmosphere, stay as far away from this establishment as possible. You'll thank me later.

   Poorly managed place. Went to the restaurant two weeks in a row and tried to order strawberry drinks however they didn't have any. It seems that no one bothers to order supplies for this restaurant.
