Love our Serentiy spa, got Jan 2025: Amazing customer service, Nelson personally came out and sorted our install and popped back to help with extra bits a few weeks later. Awesome spa - 100% recommend them.
I purchased a new Paradise Gen 3 Spa from Serenity Spas/Nelson Cleaver in late November 2024. I have had nothing but trouble with this spa tripping the power to the pool. I have followed all the self-help tips to no avail. I have tried to contact Serentiy Spas and Nelson Cleaver via email 5 times and phoned 4 times requesting assistance but have been completely ignored. I am in the process of having another spa company look at the pool and hopefully fix it so it can be used, obviously at my expense. This situation is unfair as the pool has a 3 - 5 and 10-year warranty for different aspects. Serenity Spas/Nelson Cleaver is not to be trusted; he will take your money and run, he is a complete fraudster and needs to be stopped. Please take my advice DO NOT under any circumstances purchase any of their pools, as you will be throwing your money away. I intend to get legal assistance in order to get some money back and to try to stop him doing this to other people.
I wish you could do a negative star. Have been trying to get parts from a spa pool we purchased from this company and have had no response from emails calls and messages. I ended up reaching out to Happy Kiwi Spa Pools and they were amazing in helping me out with what I required.
I purchased a Spa from Nelson in June last year, it was great and i was super happy. Then it started tripping my power out. I had an electrician look at the spa as Nelson was not responding to calls, emails or texts. Turns out the heating element has gone. Ive had to purchase one from the manufacturer and fit it myself.The after sales service is non existent so i would caution anyone considering buying a spa from Serenity Spas or Nelson.
nelson took 6 weeks ftom delivering the spa to supplying missing n broken parts.we r now very happy with our purchase but took awhile from delivery to filing ip to use
