“Hotel receptionist Smitri was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Although we booked through a third-party service and didn’t reserve a parking space, she went out of her way to find one for us. She was polite and empathetic, especially considering our situation traveling with a toddler. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and the room was clean and well-maintained, the kitchenette is a bunos! Kudos to the housekeeping team as well, the room was still serviced even after 5 PM, which we really appreciated. Would love to book again in the future!”

“Such an amazing learn to swim program. Our two daughters are part of the learn to swim and have a wonderful time learning and growing in the water with there two teachers Laura and Kristina. Anya does an amazing job setting up the learn to swim program and leading it I couldn’t recommend enough. The Indoor Pool Facility runs at a perfect air conditioned temperature and the pools are clean and comfortable for everyone! As a Swim Coach myself the team here does an incredible job! Lifeguards included as well!”

“This is a good gym and they are an important part of my community. It is not a flashy place, there is no hype, but the welcome every time is genuine and warm. I always feel comfortable. I had a hiccup a year ago and was blown away at how well the owner Terry managed the situation- first class. There is a creche, and while my kids are too old, I am always impressed at the focus, and quiet love and care of the girls looking after the bubs. The equipment is well maintained and it is always spotlessly clean. My attendance has improved massively since engaging my trainer Justin. He is brilliant, his energy and support have lifted my motivation and delivered some great results. 3-4 stars for the building and equipment - 5 stars because of the people.”

Visit now for the opening deals, there are quite a number of items on specials! The garden area is not big but very clean, worth a quick stroll. “The most easiest and amazing experience this was. From the applying for a cabin right down to the delivery, Nat and her team was the easiest to communicate with. Absolutely love the customer service, Nat was so funny and friendly and absolutely loved that I didn't have to wait such a long time for her team to deliver the cabin. “A very small 15 mnts walk to the view point from the motorway way or area you parked your car. I liked the bush around it especially the narrow thin road. Waterfall is not an worth visiting but the scenery around it makes the experience memorable.”

My five-star rating is specifically for my Boxing Day shopping experience. I sought assistance from three different individuals, all of whom were unable to help me. This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.”
