“We recently completed a pool project with Mike Treadwell of Hawkes Bay Narellan involving the installation of a 5.5m Eden with an adjoining Neptune spa. We chose Eden and Neptune because we had a demanding site that required several iterations of the design, layout and specification of materials. Both the magnesium pool and bromide spa are covered and heated, sharing a heat pump, and the pool has a pair of swim jets. Mike arranged a custom-built pool shed to house the four pumps, two filters, heat pump and electrical equipment, all out of view of the pool and deck entertainment area. The Narellan team did a seamless job of coordinating our cast of trade subcontractors (plumber, electrician, drainage, fencing (mixed masonry and aluminum fence), earth moving, hardscaping and landscaping and home automation). Designing and installing a pool complex was more of a major project than we anticipated, certainly if you want to get it right. Mike’s team was extremely responsive and helpful and handled all the consents very efficiently. There were of course glitches and issues, but Mike and team cheerfully addressed any issues and found acceptable solutions. My wife (who was the designer of the pool area) and I felt we brought the project in at a competitive and reasonable market price. It has only been three months since completion, but already we are believers that “quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten.” We chose Narellan after surveying the market extensively and would highly recommend both Mike Treadwell and the Narellan product.”

“We have stayed here multiple times now and we love it every time. We’ve stayed on a powered site in a tent, in the A frames, and this holiday we stayed in a one bedroom cottage. So much is provided for you and the facilities are wonderful. We love the hosts and their families, they are always so lovely and accommodating. There is plenty to do and the surroundings never disappoint. Plus their wood fired pizza and icecream are great too. This is one of our favourite places to come and rewind!”

“We purchased an Azure Premier 4 person spa almost one year ago. Wayne and his team were (and still are) the epitome of professionalism during a very trying time of delay after delay due to Covid (ordered in November 2020 and arrived in February 2021). However, despite this the team had our best interests at heart and the silver lining for the delays was an amazing upgrade from a 2 person to the 4 person due to the Black Caps Special for not much more than what we had been quoted on the original purchase. The delivery went without a hitch and full set up and instruction was provided. We have had prompt service for all future dealings with the team when getting chemicals etc. Buying a spa thru Wayne at Hot Springs Spa Napier has been one of the best investments we have made, particularly as we train to compete in iron man distance events later this year. Relaxing in it after exercise helps the muscles recover quickly. The cost to run it is very nominal at only $30-40 extra per month (compared to 100-150 for cheaper brands). Although the initial outlay is more than some brands, the economy of running them and the pre and after sales service is worth the extra cost. Being able to have friends and family join in a spa date is epic. The Azure comfortably seats 4 people even though it is smaller than some 4 person spas. “Great extension to the existing park. Plenty of adventure and creativity equipment to entertain and keep the kids happy for hours. Also a central water feature to help cool down on those hot summers days. Plenty of areas to climb and swing with a junior and senior play area. Also, caters for some children activities for spacially challenged children. This means younger children can play more freely without getting hurt. Come and let the kids explore. New toilets have been added close to the park.”
