We went in thinking one thing, but were quickly rushed in where 3 drs and 5 nurses worked so quickly to help our little boy start to breathe again. I know that’s your job, but he is our life, and we can’t thank you enough ❤️ once in recovery, Erica, a nurse in the Rangitira ward was so accommodating and caring and natural, that it made our stressful time there easy. Health professionals don’t get enough gratitude. They have a real job that actually matter. Thanks guys and girls. Love you all ❤️❤️❤️”

“Nothing but positive reviews for the Doctor at Kroad Medical Centre. All in all, she is SOLO so she does it all on her own. Patient's need to give her empathy. Today, I really needed to see a Doctor. I called 3 Different Doctors, DR Chand was able to see me the same day. Yes it was a bit of a wait, however I didn't have to wait weeks and weeks to get better. Dr was very understanding, provided professional advice and I received the care I needed. Again, some people need a bit of empathy for the Doctors when medical is a very long wait these days.”

“Dr Esther Loh did a fantastic job of looking after my rather nervous and sick 3 year old at the viral clinic. I definitely recommend her. My child is recovering well post her care. I also highly recommended Dr Longworth for children. We have seen him at his previous clinic and followed to Silverdale Medical due to outstanding care. The receptionists were friendly and booking an appointment was far more pleasant than other clinics. The nurse who called to triage my daughter and decide how urgent she was and how soon a booking was to be made, was also wonderful. Overall a very great experience.”

“Read the bad reviews. Held my breath. Picked up my item without any problem. I would say that it is a large operation not suited to small consumer item pickup, but my oversized item was collected without problem. PBT called when it arrived, I said I'd be out there to get it at a nominated time, arrived an hour early and had it collected within 10 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and gave clear instructions on how to navigate the freight depot. I'd happily receive items there again.”
