Delivered my parcel to the wrong address. When contacted they actually have a gps tag of the delivery area and clearly showed it was in the incorrect street. How did the courier driver missed that? I picked up the item myself as it was only a few blocks away. The other house occupants opened the box, thank goodness they did not like it.
PBT is the worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with. My package sat undelivered for five months with no updates or explanation. When it finally arrived, it was soaked, damaged, and completely ruined. I reached out several times and was ignored or brushed off with excuses. There was no apology, no accountability, and no compensation offered. To make matters worse, their LCL deliveries are slow, unreliable, and poorly managed. It’s clear they have no urgency or care for customer goods. This kind of service is beyond unacceptable. Avoid PBT at all costs.
Read the bad reviews. Held my breath. Picked up my item without any problem. I would say that it is a large operation not suited to small consumer item pickup, but my oversized item was collected without problem. PBT called when it arrived, I said I'd be out there to get it at a nominated time, arrived an hour early and had it collected within 10 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and gave clear instructions on how to navigate the freight depot. I'd happily receive items there again.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!! On the morning of May 3rd, a courier from this company left several heavy boxes in front of our shop without making any effort to deliver them properly. When I kindly asked the courier to bring the boxes to the counter, he agreed with impatience and then rudely remarked, "OK, you wait," before running away from the shop! This is not the first time this has happened. The same courier has repeatedly left our deliveries in front of the shop, making no effort to ensure they are properly delivered. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on this company's commitment to customer service. Leaving heavy boxes unattended poses a safety risk, and the dismissive attitude of the courier is both disrespectful and unprofessional. I filed a formal complaint on the same day, but I have still not received any feedback or even a reply to my email! I urge this company to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure their personnel are trained to provide a higher level of service. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, and it's essential that employees reflect these values.
Would give 0 stars. Absolute worst service ever. Have been waiting on a package from Tauranga for over a week now and it still has not been delivered. I went to go pick up the package after it could not be delivered the first time, as the courier drivers could not figure out how to use a simple intercom with instructions on the box. Got to Bell ave after speaking with someone on the phone and letting them know I was coming, and they didn't have my package as it was already out for re delivery. Obvious lack of communication between staff. I have called twice now and they told me that it'll be delivered the next day, then the next. Now it's a week later and no sign of the package and no update on where it is. Horrible company, shocked that they are still open.
Delivered my parcel to the wrong address. It was then stolen by the tenant of that address. PBT do not care, not their problem apparently. No point in using their chat bot on their website, or emailing them, or calling them. It gets you no where.
Package delivery arrived at an Auckland PBT base from South island in 2 day's. Package now has been sitting in a PBT depot for 10 day's, Collecting dust. Why say 3-4 days delivery if you can't deliver on the days advertised. Could be another 10 day's wait for all I know. First time using PBT and never again. Pick up from depot was not an option either, was a blunt "NO" First time using PBT never again. Unreliable!!
I ordered some drinks online which were couriered by PBT. The box looked like it had been tampered with and someone helped themselves to one of my drinks! Churr. Going from the numerous other reviews posted here, any reputable company should avoid dealing with PBT like a virus until they can get their act together.
Disgusting attitude and service, still didn’t receive my order from Tauranga and Christchurch (I live in Auckland Central) for over three weeks now. They wrote the wrong house number even it was confirmed over the phone and email multiple times. I received a call from their runner which this person hung up on me as soon as I picked up at 7AM, texting telling me delivery postponed to tomorrow due to wrong house number and that is not their fault, well I did not blame anyone! When I ring they also lied to me. The agent on the line named Lina said she’d transfer my call to operations team but it actually went through to a line that doesn’t exist? After all it is stressful just tracking my parcel and now I have requested for a refund from senders just get the goods back from PBT to their warehouse, I do not want to engage with this terrible courier company ever again. One very negative experience.
