Professional service in Auckland

“Wow what an amazing place! First time in the staff Greeted me with a welcoming G'day. Unfortunately I'm gluten free (celiac) However this wasn't a problem as they had a few different opinions. The Kebab came out before I could sit down, To say the service was outstanding is an understatement. My first bite left me wondering if I should get up & order a second (the portion to price was definitely correct) it was absolutely delicious. This little store almost hidden away beat my expectation right out of the ball park, I will promise you one thing I will definitely be returning for more... Kind Regards, One very happy customer”

“Couldn't breathe, went to Waitakere Hospital Emergency. Explained my situation, immediately sent to the emergency room, blood samples taken, and all wires put my body to monitoring my condition. Yes, New Zealand has a shortage of doctors problem, but all staff from reception to nurses, caregivers and doctors are professional and friendly and tend to help. After 8 hours in the emergency room, doctor diagnosed based on all test results, transferred to ADU, then hospital room. Had right treatment, and could go home after 36 hours in the hospital. “Ive had the pleasure in 2022 or 2023 being a client for several weeks maybe 12? I cant remember but this place really supported me, helped fund my sessions when WINZ was used up, and they offered genuine support. I saw two counsellors, one for one session and another for much longer but both were professional and I felt like i was in good hands with both. Thank you.”

“We have used Clean Planet for a couple of years and are still very happy with the quality of service they provide. They are always considerate, and consistent with their work. They communicate well with us - we work from home so often plan our day around them coming. And they often add little touches that make all the difference - like arranging cushions or making the children’s beds with the toys lined up that make us feel like they really care about the job they do.”

“I live in Orewa and I choose to drive to silverdale over using the Orewa post office as I tend to have quite a few packages and the staff at my local office seem almost inconvenienced when they see me. Tracey never been anything but kind and professional, even when she’s busy. today I had six packages to send and without even asking the customers names on each of the tracking numbers, so I could let them know and not get confused. Little things like this are so appreciated, she’s so g great to deal with and always wishes you well, even when she’s flat out and the only working.”
