   Just recently been to that place and i don’t want to mention her name service was ok but in between the service i was asked to pay extra before start it was $140 and when it comes to the end it was $160 and most shameful reason behind was i got charged extra because of size which is ridiculous. Very very disappointing and a big no to everyone please don’t waste your money on that cheap place.

   I went there to get eyebrows threaded the thing i noticed the most was service your just a number no smile or greeting you werent made to feel welcomed. The one that did my eyebrows was in such a rush that one of mine was uneven but they are quick to take the money i wont be doing back. Service good service that is, is the key to bring people back.

   Have been to beauty club a few times and never had an issue until yesterday afternoon. I asked for a brow shape & upper lip wax. I was in and out within 5 minutes. I was sat in a chair (normally I lay on a bed) and the lady rushed (no one else in the shop) My eyebrows are normally thick, and full however after my experience yesterday, my eye brows are thin like they're from the 2000s and such an uneven shape. The lady then rubbed some soothing gel on my face but got it all in my eye which was super uncomfortable as it stung.

   I’ve had my eyebrows done here before with no issues, but unfortunately my recent visit was disappointing. I asked for a clean-up and shaping, but it felt like very little effort was put into the service. When I got home and brushed my brows, I noticed that one of them looked jagged rather than clean or straight. If I could post a photo, I would — just to show what I mean. Hoping this was just an off day, but I was really let down this time.

   I had an awesome experience here with my sister and the kind lady had the best customer service! She was so kind and so fast! Did my eyebrows, upper lip and chin and it all took less than 5 minutes! She knew exactly how to shape our brows for our face and I loved it!

   I came here as I’ve had a couple of good experiences in the past and the last 2 times have been extremely dissapointed… I wanted my eyebrows waxed and tinted, she didn’t remove the tint completely and threaded my eyebrows after waxing… one of the ladies have threaded a chuck out of my eyebrow and completely missed other spots they’re not even close to being even. I cried the hole way home as It looked horrible. Safe to say I’ll never be coming back.

   Great eyebrows most of the time but it depends who you get. Today I went and came out with lop sided eyebrows with one half missing. The lady was rude and insulted me when I wanted them to be darker as I had said dark brown please. After being a loyal customer but not after today. This lady shouldn’t be doing eyebrows! Bad workmanship and horrendous attitude

   I usually get my waxing and threading done here quite regularly for the past 5years. Today I had the most unpleasant experience with a consultant with no customer skills whatsoever. She charged for threading on my chin separately as she said it was under the chin. No where in the price lists does it stipulate under the chin. Her lack of client support together with her most unpleasant attitude put me off going there again. I am contacting consumer council to query the under the chin pricing as such. When I got home I realized that she did such a hap hazard job. I have never had this experience prior. Beauty Club I am contacting consumer council to clarify your pricing
