Taxi in Auckland

“We arrived on Waiheke with a booking in a winery for lunch and no real idea how to get around. We took a public bus to Oneroa and had a nice time browsing around. I saw this Taxi parked up and asked the driver (Karim) if it was possible for him to pick us up in an hour a bring us to lunch. He was more than happy to oblige and we exchanged numbers. He was bang on time and shared his top tips on activities along the way. We arranged to meet him a couple of hours later and he again arrived spot on time to bring us to the ferry. “Kawau Cruises is uncountabley the best ferry and taxi service on the Hauraki gulf. Staff are so friendly and accomodating and nothing seems to be a problem. The 10:30 mail run over to kawau island is a wonderful way to spend a day and get to see this beautiful hidden gem. If you are looking for something different to do on a beautiful day i highly recommend heading to sand spit and jumping on the mail run over to the island, stop off at some of Kawau’s special bays and enjoy a beautiful and informative cruise on the water. 5 star thanks Kawau Cruises”
