   These guys are scam artists. Do not use. They pose as Uber drivers, cancel your booking, they then turn up, charge you a fortune at the end of the trip. AVOID. SCAMMERS.

   Do not use them North Shore Taxis. Booked a taxi to take us to the airport a day in advance using their automated system. I rang when they didn’t turn up only to find that North Shore Taxis subs out their orders to Co-op Taxis and found out that North Shore Taxis had made no booking. Contracted Uber and had a vehicle within two minutes. So if you want to get their in time use Uber.

   Pre booked a few taxis now that have been at least 10-15 minutes late leaving me late to my appointments. No apology when I call them up or an offer of discount. Last time they just hung up. On the plus side the cars and drivers are nice. Service is dreadful.

   Really disappointed, booked a taxi in advance for five, a taxi for four turned up - LATE - and refused to take us. Called the call centre to be told they did have a van coming but then couldn’t tell me why it didn’t show up. Not good enough! Made us late for our event and will NEVER use this company again.

   I pre booked a taxi van for 6 people to go to my Wedding. The taxi was 40 minutes late with no communication from the company. I rang after 10mins and they said he would be 15 mins, he was not. When he finally arrived he left us standing on the side of the road in the cold wind while he set up the seats in the back for us. This was my Wedding day - I was 45 minutes late to my own Wedding. If you have somewhere important to be - DO NOT USE NORTH SHORE taxis. We didn't even get an apology, in fact he was annoyed that we said something. It also cost us more than 2 x Uber's would have. Sadly, we were too late to catch the last of the day light, so only had 10mins to take photo's outdoors.

   Hopeless! Booked a taxi an hour in advance just for them to apologise and say they can’t see it in their system. Meanwhile my child waits in the rain for me to pick her up from school.

   Booked a Van to and from a 21st. The initial pick up was late and charged us almost twice the amount quoted. I confirmed our 23.30 pick-up 15 mins before it was due and was told the van was on its way. After waiting 20 min pasted the due time I phoned for an ETA to be told no van was going to come. Not only does that create serious issues (stuck out in Dairy Flat in the middle of the night with no transport), but they didn't even have the decency to call and let us know (they would have just left us waiting). 1 star rating is 1 star too much. DO NOT USE

   Terrible service. We booked a van to pick us up from a very busy event at 1am as we knew transport would be difficult. We were called at 11pm to say they were here to pick us up and the concert still had 2 hours to go, so we reminded them we booked for 1am and they said all good. When it got to 1am we called to ask where they were and they said they already sent the vans at 11pm and there’s none available anymore. Shocking, we had to sit in the pouring rain for an hour trying to find a ride home from mount smart stadium.
