   They offer waxing services as well. While I appreciate them accommodating me as a walk in, it was an extremely disappointing experience. They peeled my skin off in a few places off my skin together with removing facial hair. I now have a scar on my left cheekbone. The shirt I wore that day is ruined now as it has wax drops in a number of places as well. Haven't used their nail services but definitely NOT returning here for any services.

   Really disappointed that I make appointments here to have my nails done and then my services is raced through to accommodate walk in customers. They still charge full price but do half the job by not manicuring properly and not allowing nails to dry sufficiently. I left my last appointment with uneven nail lengths, skin hanging on the sides of my nails and bubbling gel. When I told them I was less than impressed with the service, there was no apology, I was told to come on a day they are not busy then!

   Went in today for waxing my eyebrows. The bed was super dirty so I hesitated laying on it, asked the lady if she can change the cover/sheet and put a clean one on, she felt offended to the point she said things in her language which I didn’t understand and then laughed at me while complaining my request to another lady (I guess the other was their manager) who then said “we clean here for every client, its clean!” but obviously it was not since there was hair left from before on the bed!!! And dark marks… I definitely have to take shower when I get home! So disgusting but I had to do my eyebrows as we going out after. Otherwise would not have got on bed. Funny enough the lady who did my eyebrows said “get on the bed if you feel comfortable to” Which indirectly implies “if you are not, leave!!! Because I am not gonna even try cleaning the sheet for you” - In a nutshell, the rudest staff ever! Sad to see there are people with such attitude in business. Don’t they get trained before offering service?! Hello? It’s 2023.
