   I’m not confident that the staff here are properly trained to do nails. I came in for a simple gel removal, but the experience was really disappointing. The first person didn’t file off the top layer of gel, so I sat for 20 minutes for no reason before they started trying to pull the gel off my nails. It was painful, and I had to tell them to stop. A second person took over and began filing properly, but she was clearly rushed. She told me to relax, yet I was tense watching her use the electric file at a dangerous angle on my nails. By the end of the service, I still had bits of product left on my nails and small dents in my nail beds. On top of that, the salon looked very unclean, and the tools brought to the table still had dust and residue on them. Overall, it was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience, and I wouldn’t return even if someone paid me to.

   Terrible service. I was going for maybe 2+ years and was not happy in general with their attitude (although there were rare exceptions), but kept going because of the convenience. Until now. I realised I pay a lot of money for terrible customer service, both attitude ant their work. Last week I did my nails, and as always everything was rushed. I do my nails for 20+ years and I understand that gel needs to bake under the UV lamp, otherwise it will come off. But they kept telling me to switch hands, so they can finish me in 20minutes. The next day they were full with air, bumpy, uneven and I could see the layers were just about to come off. I went back for correction and I was told the following: “the colour still there what you want me do? The colour still there, the colour stay I guarantee!” Of course they started pilling off the next day. Never back!

   I got my nails done here yesterday. Was sceptical at first due to the other reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Very good service, the lady who was doing my nails kept on checking that they were the right shape and making sure I was happy with them. Over all happy and none feel like there gonna pop off. Only thing I would say is it was $90 for french tips which is on the pricey side compared to other places.

   Worst customer experience I've ever had and these nail salons are already uncomfortable with the language barrier. I rang and asked twice for what I needed. They seemed to not really care just told me to come in "NOW!" so I rushed there to find that they don't do what I had asked for and said previously was available. Not only that the were extremely over aggressive about it and trying to preside me that what I wanted doesn't exist though I had my previous salons nails still on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Dissatisfied

   Really disappointed. Paid a huge amount a money for a mother's day treat for my mum and myself. Water was lukewarm, had to figure out how to use the chairs ourselves. My mum being elderly and having delicate skin was bruised during the massage. Very rushed. Exfoliation was a very quick once over. The nails didnt dry for either of us and ended with them being scuffed and damaged before we even left the shop. Won't be returning.

   Paid $100 for lashes that are more full on one side but in saying that they look no different to my natural lashes. The lady took personal calls while doing my lashes (I would have not minded if she respectfully said excuse me), she then went on to leaving me on the bed while doing my lashes multiple times and burped a couple times without excusing herself. Don’t usually complain but what the hell was that. Definitely not a returning customer. I should have looked at the reviews before making an appointment because they’re all bad lol

   Very bad service, staff who said she was the boss rushed doing my nails the whole time, once she finished with my left hand, I wasn't feeling the color, I asked whether I could change it, she continued to roll her eyes and said something in her language to another staff. She said why do you want to change? You'll like it tomorrow.. I said no thanks ill change it now, staff said if you do it'll cost me an extra $30. This was going on towards COB however doesnt excuse how terrible the service was. If staff couldn't take me on I wouldve preferred being told to come back the following day. Paid $55 prior to sitting down, not satisfied with the service, my hands were super dry and cuticles looked so bad and stinged afterwards. Initially this place started off amazing, not so much anymore.
