   I don't even want to give it one star. When deliveries go smoothly, everything’s fine, BUT as a company handling many shipments, delays or lost items are bound to happen occasionally. Whenever there's an issue, claims have to be filed through Courierit, and I have to keep tracking each claim myself. Because of their delays, the claim period often expires, making it impossible to get compensation. Each time this happens, no one takes responsibility for tracking the claim. I end up spending considerable time and energy tracking each case. Collaborating with a company team is irresponsible means there’s essentially no customer service. This is exactly why their Google reviews are so low. Please consider this carefully.

   I have been using CourierIt to send my packages for a couple of years now (over 200 orders a month). Their new system works with Shopify to bring the orders in and fulfills them back to Shopify. Their service has always been efficient when I’ve had queries or issues. Any freight issues/delays aren’t a direct reflection on CourierIt as they aren’t the actual courier company (they use Aramex and thankfully more recently have also added NZ Post) but they have always dealt with any issues the best they can at their end. Excellent pricing too as I have shopped around before signing up and also since signing up (before they added NZ Post as an option to ship with)

   Terrible customer service. If your considering using this service, I would re-consider. They weren't given the right address, 1 week later I gave it to them, 1 week after no contact or updates they actually didn't send it through to the problem freight team, 1 week later they ended up loosing my parcel after no contact or updates online - then had the audacity to be annoyed with me, seeming because I was annoyed in the end after my patience had run out. Dealt with the same lady every time - wouldn't consider using them if I needed to.

   Avoid Them Like A Plague Because This Is What They Are! I bought nasal drops from a business based in North Shore, Auckland. I live in Franklin. Paid for overnight delivery because my chronic rhinitis flared up and I need this particular medicine. It's been 7 days now and I am still waiting for my parcel. Phoned Courier it. The woman from their "support" team was clueless and extremely arrogant. She was shouting at me and told me that delays are "part of the business"! Well, I don't think so! NZ businesses, please do not use this pathetic company called "Courier it" for no apparent reason! These clowns could damage your reputation.

   Not sure why all the bad reviews. We have been shipping with them and they use NZ post and Aramex. We have been only using NZ post and everything is great and they offer very competitive prices. Carla always reply to my email in couple of hours and they answer the phone within a min. If you're a small business, I highly recommend them.
