   Had a urgent air freight overnight and called to make sure they were going to pick up - had 9 other parcels waiting from the morning for pickup too. They confirmed they would pickup by end of business day and then picked it up tomorrow morning making the overnight air freight absolutely irrelevant. If they had called and told us that they couldn’t pick it up end of business that day we could of brought it into a depot but radio silence and $30 wasted. Appaling

   One of the most terrible courier service, need 5 days to delivery a same city parcel, must be a proudly NZ owned company coz even third world countries can do better than this. This company must have some strong background to have lots of online shopping website contract.

   Pretty poor, came home found a parcel at my door, it had stickers all over it saying same day run and it was meant to be signed for, which I didn't do and it was the wrong address. I rang, was told someone will pick it up, it didn't happen. Rang the next morning told them exactly what I'd said in my first conversation, was told someone will collect it from the address I provided. It's not good, this could be medication for someone. I've now email, let's see what happens.

   Not following delivery instructions. I have asked to ring the bell on arrival and they never did. Left a card with 0800 number that doesn't even work, so I had to google the number, and I called. In both calls I have done so far, I received poor customer service and rude manner. Because they didn't follow the instructions I requested my parcel will arrive Tuesday because they don't delivery over the weekend and Monday is a public holiday. Taking 5 days to do a simple delivery and I paid $10 for. How inconvenience and useless this company is.

   So absolutely useless that they make other courier companies look good. They almost never deliver on time, and are constantly losing packages. A complete disgrace of a company.

   My parcel came in 3 seperate deliveries, 1 week after it was meant to arrive as well. Terrible customer service, person who I spoke to was rude and snappy. Don’t recommend at all

   Absolute TRASH service. 10 days for tv remote from Hamilton to Auckland. NZ Post delivers goods from Invercargill to Coromandel in 2 days. Use this company at your own peril.

   I try to avoid but from any stores that use poste haste now. They are the slowest courier service. On multiple times I have got items sent to a business address in my town and they take over a month to arrive. Instead of being delivered to the business they are dropped off 100 m down the road at the rural depot where I can’t pick them up from. Very frustrating!

   An item is to be picked up by one of your drivers. I got a call to say the scheduled pick up time is between 0800-1630. Firstly, that is absurd and ridiculous! How do you expect someone to wait for 8.5hours for a driver to show up? That is something the company has to change. Unacceptable and absolutely rubbish to expect that from someone. Secondly, after waiting 8.5hours, the driver still HAS NOT shown up. I've waited for 9hours at the time of writing this email and the customer service, person, Natalie, said the driver has accepted it at 0800 this morning and is coming to pick up the parcel. It's a Friday and I have things to do and cannot be waiting around for a driver to come afterhours. This is totally unacceptable. Natalie or however, it is spelt is also absolutely rude. Of course I am mad and snappy at her because I've already waited 9 hours for the driver who has not shown up.
