“My fridge died and I needed a replacement urgently. I could only find one suitable fridge freezer for my space and called Harvey Norman Wairau Park to find there was one left and it could be delivered the next day (a Saturday!) but I would have to act quickly. The very helpful staff member Robbie took my details over the phone so it wouldn't sell online before I got there, then when I got there he made the transaction all very easy. New fridge was delivered less than 24 hours later! Amazing service, thanks team!”

“Highly recommend! We purchased our Ecosmart 1200 burner insert in 2022 for our renovated villa, and continue to purchase fuel from Design Concepts. Richard & the staff at Design Concepts are so helpful & friendly, & know their products welI. When the council initially insisted the minimum clearance for the suspended section above needed to be 1200mm above the fire (which would have looked ridiculous, nevermind we wouldnt have been able to install the TV above), Richard responded promptly to our enquiries, answered all our questions & we were able to assure the council the lower height would not be a fire risk (we used fibre cement board on the underside of the suspended (faux) chimney), so we could get the open fire we dreamed of. The fire gives off plenty of heat to warm our large open plan kitchen/living room (floor space approx 49m², with 3.4m high stud). After a few hours, we can open the doors to the hallway to warm up other parts of the house. (Note: we got a fabricator to make the firebox it sits in; inspired by one of the Naked Flame freestanding fires we originally had our eye on, but had sold out by the time we were ready to purchase it).”

I have just experienced from an unhappy customer to a super satisfied customer. This could only happen in the Kitchen Studio Northshore. No wonder it is the most trusted brand in NZ! After I posted a comment on 30/06/2020. The director of the Kitchen Studio Northshore Paul straight away sent me emails, messages and gave me phone calls. He met me on site the next day morning. I was very impressed with his efficient. Paul was very patient. He listened my story and proposed a few solutions straight away. The next day, he followed up my case and insisted to come over again next week to make sure things are under the right direction. Very good customer service and excellent leadership. So far I am satisfied with the solution. I rate 3 stars for now and we will see how it goes when everything is fully finished. Posted on 30/06/2020 Super disappointed with the schedule. Fully paid the fees on time. Started the job on 5/05/2020, but I was told today that I still have to wait till 22/07/2020 to get my splash back glass installed. They haven't even measured it yet. All these days my kitchen is just sealed and pending there. Not acceptable and it is misleading to me. Especially at the begining I was told by the designer that I am not able to use the kitchen for only 1 week, but now it has been over a month. My builder told me that the entire house renovation is gonna finish this week. However, my kitchen is still on the way. Electrician is not able to install the switch and connect all the appliances till the splash back glass is installed. Gave them a call, I was trying to ask them to speed it up and solve the problem. The explanation from the manager was: bench is not installed yet, it takes time. Only bench is installed then they can measure the splash glass. My debate is, you contracted with the builder to install my kitchen, it is your responsibilities to follow up the whole schedule and delivery the services. Never over promise anything. I told the manager that I am not going to recommend kitchen studio to my friends and family. I was questioned back from him: so what other brands can you recommend? Ummm, arrogant. I am trying to be nice to hide all these names. I hope it is only just me had a bad experience. The others have better experiences from the kitchen studio.”

“I purchased 2 Ikea desks on 2 seperate occasions. The first one had a part missing from the box. So I emailed and I had a super quick response the same day advising they would ship the part out to me, or I could come and collect. Great customer service, and they didn't give me any trouble about the part missing. I liked the desk so much I went back to get another one for my son. Overall they had the most competitive price for the desk I wanted and great variety of small bedroom/apartment furniture. Pretty friendly team. Would definitely purchase from them again.”
