   Very disappointed on their service, they did not do the job properly and they will not return your call or email once invoice paid. Arranged DNA house wash to clean my house gutter and roof treatments in May 2023. spent about $1200. On the agreed date they supposed to come at around 1pm, at 2pm when I called the lady said that they are running late from the previous job but they definitely will come and complete the job that day, at 4:30pm called again the lady just replied they they are not able to make it, replied they will come back 7:30am next day morning. Wasted whole afternoon for nothing……. When they come on the second day it was wet day. Found out they only clean the gutter on first floor roof but left the top level roof uncleaned. Called, emailed and voice message left to them several times but they never get back to me. Be aware if you are thinking to use their service, do check their work before you pay the invoice. I end up clean the left over unclean gutter by myself on the good weather day and install the gutter guard.

   Roof clean didn't work and DNA have not replied to 3 emails we sent since. The roof was sprayed in July 2022, now 6 months later it still has major lichen growth along the ridges (refer photos) and elsewhere as well. We sprayed another property roof ourselves 4 months ago and that roof is now clean. DNA have not replied to 3 emails we sent asking them how long does the treatment take to work, yet to test they received the emails, we sent a general inquiry about wanting a quote for further work and they replied, so clearly they are only interested in new business and not the quality of the work they do. We paid DNA $713 (incl GST), A COMPLETE RIP OFF ! In response to DNA's reply .... My partner sent the query from his email address asking how long the treatment takes for effect. He didn't receive a reply to this question, just a reply that DNA wanted to arrange a new job quote, so we replied 2 times explaining we didn't want a quote, just an answer to the question about how long it takes, and we didn't receive any reply. Now we know it takes 12 months, it makes far more sense to use the retail products available which can do the job far quicker and substantially cheaper as we found out.

   Was recommended DNA Housewash by roofing contractor and arranged with them to clean my gutters. I asked for before and after photos for my reassurance but apparently thats "uncommon" and "we have 30 years reputation doing this" They arrived on the morning as promised but when leaving didn't properly close my gate and my dog was able to escape. I returned home to secure my dog and discovered one corner of the gutters atleast 15mm deep with sludge. Asked them to return which they promised to do the next day, which they did not so I have no confidence the rest of the gutters have been cleaned properly or at all. 3 days later: Update, after not hearing from them for 3 days and incurring the cost of buying the cleaning solution and ladder and doing it myself over the weekend, they showed up unannounced and hopped up on the roof to do the work. I told them to leave.

   They did an outstanding job cleaning the outside of my house and the carport roof. I started and couldn’t get rid of the grim, and was taking too long. They came along and used their special cleaners and equipment and have done an amazing job especially considering I couldn’t even remove the grime myself. Also very good with the communication from the office. Cheers
