   Incompetent at the highest level. Would still be way to nice. Apparently albany 2 greenhithe requires a rural delivery... seriously retards it's few kilometers away from depot. Package has been picked up and droped back at depot three foreign courier drivers with no ability to use Google maps. And the admin staff share anbelow average I.q. complete drop kicks and waste of time!! Do not recommend if you want a package delivery on time!

   PBT…Why do your delivery drivers do this? My package was meant to be signed for by a human, not a front door. If my expensive package went missing (as my front door is completely open to the street) it would be because your drivers leave expensive packages outside front doors and write stupid things like “signed by: front door” in the delivery details.

   Delivered my parcel to the wrong address. It was then stolen by the tenant of that address. PBT do not care, not their problem apparently. No point in using their chat bot on their website, or emailing them, or calling them. It gets you no where.

   By far the most inefficient courier service. I don't think they have as many drivers as the other big 3. Over the years they have been slow to deliver and have a habit of leaving packages at the wrong address. Very lackadaisical. Latest drama - 3 days from pick up in St. Lukes to deliver to Glen Eden. If you have a choice don't use them.

   Sadly, I cannot give a 0 or negative number review. Appalling customer service. Four days to get a package from Napier to Auckland. As if that wasn't bad enough, the so-called 'Customer Service" line needs to be renamed the "No Service" line. No one answers the thing. The company is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of. They simply do not respond to calls or emails. DO NOT USE this company if you have a crucial delivery.
