   I have been with SSHC for a very long time, and lately, the service is terrible. It is very hard to get a doctor's appointment, and when you do, you receive a reminder stating that a late fee will be charged if you are 10 minutes late. However, even when you arrive on time, you often have to wait for half an hour. Now, it is also difficult to get through to the nurses. They have raised the price to see a doctor, but the service is pathetic. I am very disappointed.

   I am very sad and disappointed with the service that I have to experience here in the southseas healthcare … been with Southseas for over 4 years now and this is the first time I have experienced this, So I called in yesterday for my dad’s appointment and they told me that they are fully booked only a nurse can call back regarding about my dad’s condition, been waiting all day long but no called back , today called in again they said the same thing yesterday been inside the healthcare twice today just to get my dad’s Medical certificate for work cause they need it ASAP , Anyways the amount of time that we went in. And said that they will called ,. Another 4hrs past no called went in again and finally he’s doctor gave him the Medical report… it is so sad but Imagine putting your relatives on the line . Will be the same way …. I hope I don’t experienced this kinda service anymore …

   This place is a hit and miss at times. However, receptionist Uea(apologies if i spelt this wrong) gave oustanding service. Can't thank you enough, although it was busy, you were able to slot me in, knowing I needed urgent assistance with my meds. Can't speak any highly of your amazing customer service, you and doc Michael.Much appreciated

   I’ve been with Southseas for over 13 years and today I went to my sons appointment, got told for the first time they declined my sons appointment!! We also got told that even if a nurse was to see him that they can not prescribe anything and that it would be a waste of time to have him checked up!! Then We got told it was better we go see the other local doctors just around the corner so someone can check him out and he’ll get the prescription he needs!! Worst service ever !! Didn’t even give us a reason for declining my sons appointment!! We were told there was only one doctor in but he’s too busy!!

   Once they know you, their service is awesome. I recommend them to people because they are affordable and good service. You can walk in at 4 any day of the week u are unwell but waiting times can be longer depending on how many people. otherwise booking times can be available anytime to any doctor once you are fully registered. If you are a new patient they will need to fully know you before they can let you come visit them like other health clinics. Otherwise staff are good.
