    This was one of the worst dental experiences we have ever had. When my child became frightened, the Korean female dentist showed extreme impatience and a complete lack of compassion. She briefly checked whether teeth had erupted and that was it β€” no proper examination, no care, no reassurance. What is completely unacceptable is that no fluoride was applied, and this was never mentioned or explained to us as parents. Preventive dental care for children is basic and expected. Failing to provide it β€” and failing to even communicate about it β€” is not what a responsible dentist does. Children are naturally anxious in medical settings. A dentist working with children should demonstrate patience, professionalism, and empathy. This dentist showed none of those qualities. As taxpayers, it is deeply concerning to receive such careless and dismissive treatment from a publicly funded service. This level of negligence should not be tolerated, and it seriously calls into question the standards of this clinic. We would not recommend this service to any parent.

    The telephone here could be tricky to reach, but rest assuredβ€”they always return calls if you leave a voicemail. We’ve visited this clinic several times and seen three to four different dentists, all of whom are incredibly gentle and patient with children. Highly recommend this place, especially Katherine! She’s young, cheerful, and has such a playful approach that it feels like a game for the kids while she completes their dental treatment.

    If you guys don't want to pick up a call then close your centre, last to one month I call every weekdays but never pick up call yea never call back, in centre all doctor just gossip and if do anything after 5 minutes prefers to other center, why you open this just for salary without doing job.
