One thing I do not expect for a medical center is to turn my visibly injured bleeding crying child down because no one has time to even look at her wound. Just got sent to shore care. Absolute madness. Never again.

My two 90+ parents have been happily using this practice for a long time.The last few year I have been assisting with there visits and everything related. Their doctor Jenny is lovely and very efficient but the practice itself has always seem somewhat poorly run. Maybe its outgrown available resources but I could not say with any certainty. Reception always seems to be struggling with one thing or another and faces change regularly. However until recently I have always experienced a positive and accommodating attitude. Sadly the last few visits even that seems to have changed. Less than helpful and flippant would now seem more appropriate words.
