Have had two great experiences at this dental clinic with our two boys, aged 18m and 5 years. Heidi was fantastic with them both and the clinic was very well organised. We would recommend this clinic and will be returning!
I was apprehensive about going here but they could fit us in straight away so went. Lynne was absolutely amazing. My son is 15 months old and she didn’t rush, helped with my bag, didn’t pressure him when he got upset and overall it was a wonderful experience. Maybe ask for Lynne if you make an appointment?
Review of Our Experience with Dental Services Our recent visit to Clinic has left us extremely disappointed and concerned. I took my 7-year-old daughter for her first dental appointment, hoping to start her off with a positive, caring experience. Instead, we encountered a lack of understanding and sensitivity that made the visit not only distressing but upsetting enough to ensure it will be our last. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed rushed and inattentive. attending doctor dismissed our concerns entirely. There was no attempt to make her feel safe or heard, which is critical when treating a child—especially one experiencing discomfort. What should’ve been a simple, routine check-up became a negative and overwhelming experience. No parent wants their child to leave a healthcare appointment in tears or fear. Sadly, this visit has made my daughter afraid of returning to any dental clinic, and that breaks my heart. I hope this feedback encourages the clinic to reflect on how they interact with young patients and improve their approach. Children deserve patience, compassion, and understanding—none of which we experienced here. ---
My son 2 years old, teething, has gum infection over the weekends, has fever and in pain. Call to ask for urgent arrangement to see dentist, the phone teller keep dragging on about cannot see empty slots for appointment, keep saying checking at other branches, come back with nothing for today or tomorrow! Excuse me! if you are parent, you will understand the feeling of having a sick kid and need medical attention urgently. If you cannot make an appointment, come up with alternative options. Very unprofessional handling phone call!

took daughter in for a tooth to be removed as her gum is swollen and the tooth will not come out, she is 6 and is her time with this kind of think, needles etc. dentist managed to get a little bit of needle in when she started to cry and panic, understandable. but there was no compassion from the dentist who after 5 minutes said she had just talked to her managed who said that it will come out by it self and that there were other kids waiting if she wont calm down, then the manage walked in and said the same thing. My daugher still crying and freaking out, told them my thoughts that they had no patince for kids and were more worried about how many kids were waiting than my upset in pain daughter. i wil not use a public service dentistry again! plus this complain will go to through to ARDS,
