   I tried to book an appointment online for my son’s mole to be removed, as it has been bothering him, and I selected Dr. Chantell. When the receptionist, Cindy, called me, she spoke extremely rudely and raised her voice, insisting that only Dr Pieter could handle this. How was I supposed to know if it's not shown anywhere? This behaviour was completely unacceptable. As a result, I have now enrolled my children and myself with a different practice. Staff should never abuse patients... just as we are expected to treat staff respectfully, patients deserve the same courtesy.

   Could not believe how rude and unprofessional the receptionist Cindy was to deal with. Wanted to cancel my registration with their practice but the hoops she tried to make me jump through was ridiculous as I had only registered last friday. To add to the lack of customer service was how she just wanted to fob me off and get me off the phone. After calling her out and saying I didn't appreciate her flippant attitude she apologises and says shes had such a busy day. Not good enough!!!

   I have been waiting for half an hour, and the reception is so rude she cannot even give me an estimate time on how much longer I must wait. You book a time slot and that needs to be kept to. I was charged for a (as they called it) a missed booking because I was about 20 min late for my appointment, but nothing happens when you alhave to site and wait 30 min (and counting) after your scheduled time slot.. NZ medical system does not care about people and their health, only about the money..... I had to wait 2 weeks to get this appointment, and now I still have to wait 30 min (and counting) after my schedule time slot...

   Been with this Medical Practice for almost 5 years and except for them being fully booked a lot of the times I have never had any problems. Receptionists always kind and doctors always helpful•°☆°•

   Doctor that I saw this afternoon was 7min late and did not want to give me proper medication to clear up my cold. Who has time to sit at home and let flu pass through there system I don’t. Then I am told if it gets worse I must book another appointment at a further $56 what a rip off. Will be changing my doctors for sure.

   Booked my vaccine here and watched everyone go before me including a lady who I was overhearing didn't have an appointment but was asking to be squeezed in. It's not a big deal I guess, the nurse was apologetic and these things do happen. Then when I got the vaccine, no questions were asked if I had allergies. Luckily I know what I'm allergic to and what I'm not but its just good protocol to ask especially when you're not registered at this clinic. After that I wasnt given a leaflet on the after care instructions. The whole experience was so casual, it's not right. Although its "just a jab", it's still a medical procedure.

   Dr Frank is absolutely amazing! He had to give us bad news,but said we can call him anytime if we need help or have queestions.He is always so patient, chatty and friendly. Reception was brilliant and squeezed me in to see dr Frank. Thank you all.

   I've always preferred to see the same doc, Pieter Vosloo. However, after seeing the other docs and most recently Dr Frank Yang and previously, Dr Chantelle Khal, I would highly recommend other patients to do the same and trust that you will be treated with the same care , compassion and professionalism. From the admin team to the clinical team, they all do a fantastic job despite the added pressures brought on by covid in our health services! Thanks Team! From Sheryl, Jun & Family

   Poor services. Rude reception staff and nurses. I got my children's vaccination done from them. Just to get it done I had to leave their vaccination cards there for almost month and a half for them to review. Then i was given appointment . The worst part is they didn't keep records of the vaccines been given to my children and were unapologetic. I had to get their vaccination done again from NIR.
