I took my daughter in for her first dental appointment and it went great, she was so happy as everyone was very nice and helpful. Their service was excellent with phone and text messages reminding the appointment time. The clinic was very tidy and clean too. I thought Iβd give a review as I was worried at first reading all the bad reviews.
I watched them pull my daughters tooth out, and the one beside it was also coming out, now she is having extreme problems with that same tooth and have been leaving messages for an appointment for months, because no one picks up the phone! I can't imagine how other parents react!
Doesnβt answer calls
Well. Always have to call them to do check up on my child never answer the phone never in the reception anyone and they never do their part like other health clinical and book you in or communicate. Always they hide in the back and talks only. So rude receptions. Had appointment for my child and it was run went there and looking for them for half an hour and then someone noticed me then sent the reception lady which she didnβt bother to apologize or say a word. This place need to be audits and change as made full formal complaint to the ministry.
